You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe had always wanted to stay here as we are frequent visitors to Cromer. We wanted a special night away so decided on Hotel De Paris and were not disappointed. The breakfast was lovely and the staff extremely pleasant. There was also evening entertainment by a local chap which was enjoyable.

I loved the sea views from our room. The room was warm and the beds were comfy. Also spotlessly clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. No complaints.

United KingdomThe only thing I could fault was the bedroom windows were grubby and needed a clean, but we had experienced a lot of storms in the area recently which might have been to blame. Otherwise for us it was faultless.
Th friendly staff, every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Brilliant service. A beautiful old building decorated for Christmas. Our room was clean, warm, spacious and comfortable. Perfect sea view overlooking the pier. Slept very well. Breakfast was served quickly, was hot and tasty. Buffet was well plentiful and a good selection.
