눉We booked 2 rooms for ourselves (2 adults) and our student daughter. Our daughter had very little sleep as the people in the room below were noisy and loud until 4am in the morning. The night porter was called at 2am he contacted the people but they ignored his request to be quiet and they continued with loud voices and moving what sounded like furniture around the room. As our daughter was getting no sleep the nightporter moved her to another room at 3am. We were unable to move and the noise continued until 4am. I cannot believe how selfish some people are. Hence we had little sleep and our daughter had to move rooms. When we checked out I raised this with the staff and they offered a 30% reduction on 1 room which we considered in no way compensates for the lack of sleep and inconvenience to us when the offenders get away with it. I complained and am still waiting for a member of higher management to contact me to explain the company's policy in dealing with this situation. As we all are aware other hotel groups have an excellent clear and effective policy for a bad nights sleep and dealing with inconsiderate noisy customers. Very disappointing stay.
눇Good location Staff at the hotel helpful including the nightporter who was very polite.

눉The hotel corridors and rooms were far to hot, we turned the heating off and had the window open all through our two nights stay, but it was still uncomfortably hot in January.
눇The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.
