Shower was poor. Needs a new washer on the shower head. Also, the toaster is too small to fit standard bread in it.

Location was good and it was a nice apartment

I booked this apartment last minute because we just needed a place to stay for one night in Edinburgh. I didn’t care too much about it so I’m my expectations were low. This stay was so nice honestly! Pretty central to a lot of things. Walking distance to Victoria street. The rooms were huge and it was very clean. We were a little confused about parking so I called and staff was so friendly and helpful about that. Beds were comfy and had the best windows!

The building site next door but that's nothing to do with the property. The noise was a nuisance first thing in the morning

I visited in winter and it felt a little cold even with the radiator on. I wish the radiator came on harder.

The location was great because it was in the middle of Newtown, and it was close to wherever I went. There are quite a few famous brunch restaurants nearby, and the whiskey shop is nearby, so it was great to taste Scottish specialties every evening. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, and the furniture and bedding were really clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed, including pots and pans, so it was great to make dinner. The price is also good, so next time I go to Scotland with my family, I definitely want to visit again!

There was only 1 thing, it was how load it was out the back. But we completely understand there was work going on. It was in the evening it was a little noice with bottles smashing. Wasn’t to sure if there was a pub around the back. But no biggy. X

To be expected given the location - a little bit of traffic noise. Generally not a problem apart from emergency vehicles. Light sleepers should consider ear plugs

Great location & lovely apartment with plenty of space & nice views across the rooftops to the estuary (top floor). Well kitted out kitchen. Great shower. Comfy bed. Overall - highly recommended

There were no elevators, so going up & down was a challenge (4th floor), especially with luggage. The TV could have been larger for everyone to watch. There were no cabinets in the hallway bathroom to put toiletries.

It was clean & comfortable. Parking at St James was a few blocks away. Special parking rates helped. View of the park across the street was great. Communication prior to our stay and during our stay was great. If you needed to visit their office, it was just around the corner. Would recommend this place if you don't mind the stairs.

Congratulations noise in the adjacent property that was not relayed to us or to our arrival ! The traditional sash windows are prone to rattling in high winds and can be noisy and may require looking at by the owner as they could require maintenance! Also several of the over counter lights were not working and lamps replacement required !

The lighting within the apartment felt a little too dark. It would be great to have more lights or more powerful lights available if we ever visit in the future.
