Disappointed in the facilities as it was meant to be a superior room. There were tea making facilities but expected at least a bottle of water each. Breakfast had a good choice but was disappointed with the cooked breakfast, The eggs were underdone and the hot breakfast was relatively cold. Also had a wobbly table and the floor wasn't particularly clean.

Room was clean and presentable. Reception staff were welcoming & friendly. Lovely location and only took us 15 mins to walk to the cathedral area.

The mattress was solid hard, the hallway carpets need replacing as lots of stains on floor two. Would’ve been nice for the downstairs bar to have been open or the Mezzanine have a bar that is open to hotel guests only to sit relax have a drink and not be in the electric bar.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond, really good breakfast which had plenty of options, the rooms were nice clean and modern

Location. Perfect right on the waters edge with plenty of eateries around. If you can't park in hotel carpark ( small underground parking) there is a ncp around the corner which was only £9 for 24 hours.

Staff excellent, efficient and friendly, we had to move room as there was a funny smell, but was moved asap and even when we had the fire alarm go off at 7am and had to wait outside for nearly an hour.

No bottled water in room or shower caps etc which it said there would be when booking with you. The fire alarm went off in the night not very good instructions were fire assembly point was.

room service bit expensive for the prawn roll 15£ ! To much for a small roll . Alarms going off at 7am and having to evacuate hotel was not great before a long drive back . Car park £30 when paying over 120£ a night is a bit much

Tepid water in shower, only 1 large towel and hand towel for 2 people, no bottles of water as promised, first room we had , window faced a brick wall , but staff were lovely and immediately allocated us another room

Room.was quite cold when we messaged reception they were very attentive and looked at our room heater, also quite a dark room, they put an extra duvet in our room. We were there 2 days the first night was extremely noisy with people up and down the corridors shouting late at night. We understand this isn't the hotels fault but we were woke up quite alot the first night and they must have woke others up aswel as us.

Carpet wasn’t clean, a lot of stains on the carpet in various different places, stains on the head board, we had a towel that had a massive rip down the middle that we made do with as we was staying one night only for an event. Didn’t take pictures of the carpet I lost count of how many stains we found.

Location, I like staying at double tree by Hilton hotels, love the crab tree products and cookie on arrival. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and design of the rooms are always nice.
