A few updates as carpet looked very worn. Mattress kind of lumpy.

We arrived earlier than expected and the front desk got us in our room as soon as they could. They were very nice and took good care of us. Could not have asked for a better location as we were flying out at 6am so needed to be over at airport at 4am. We walked of course since only feet away! Perfect.

Expensive for a place to stay pre-travel, although if we had used the gym, etc, then it may have been better value. Breakfast selection good but the only muesli was gluten free and not very nice.

We stayed overnight because of flying out next morning...It's right over the rd from airport but never heard any noise from airplanes... Staff were lovely and friendly . We did find the food and drink prices a bit hefty. We used WHS in airport for our bits... We would certainly use this hotel again no probs...

There were two practice fire alarms that woke us up in the morning - we'd just arrived from Canada so were jetlagged. And no warning. Apparently there was a sign in the lobby facing those coming in, but we were already in and despite several visits to the check-in desk during the day, not a word from the staff or signage at the front desk. So that was very unfortunate. I hope in future they'll have noon alarms instead, which would be less likely to disrupt people sleeping, would not disrupt the conference sessions, and would impact fewer people overall (since ppl would have checked out and new ones not arrived). On the plus side, they did compensate us in the end, which we appreciated. We were told at check-in that breakfast was from 730 to 1030. We learned in our last day when we arrived at 1010 for breakfast that it actually ended at 10. That was very disappointing. Eventually we were still able to receive some beans and a few clementines, which was kind of the staff. If you eat whole food plant-based, there isn't a lot of choice for breakfast, but the beans were a nice treat, and there was usually lots of cut up fruit and berries when we went early.

Beautiful lobby and room, tastefully appointed club lounge, beautiful dinner every day in the lounge - and they were sure to always have something for the plant-based eaters. The staff were very attentive and kind. We'd definitely go again, despite the negatives- both of which I think are easily resolvable.

A little confusing (most likely user error) getting from the underground parking to the reception as the floor numbers didn’t match the elevator sign.

Less than a 3 min walk to/from the NCL airport, which made leaving for my 0445 flight super easy on both myself and my partner. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Was able to pay for overnight parking the night before and my partner enjoyed the 12 p checkout. We’ll definitely be using this hotel in the future as most of my flights leaving NCL are stupid early morning flights. Restaurant food was delicious.

The menu of the restaurant is overpriced and not good for the quality. I ordered for medium steak and they gave me a dry well done steak that’s very chewy and salty, even the burger is so dry. The only good thing that we ordered is the Vegetable pizza and tom yum soup. The menu before was far better and the quality of food is superb now sad to say its a flop.

I think when you arrive they should give you the Wi-Fi password, we arrived at 1am and went to room, when I tried to phone reception twice to get password no one answered, also they give you a fridge in your room which is empty and nowhere to buy anything at 1am, could put bottle of water or something,

The breakfast crockery & cutlery was a little dirty and we had to swap our cups over as they were stained. This was a little disappointing. But the quality of the breakfast was good.

Very comfortable room. The bed was great and I got a very good night's sleep. Excellent staff who were very happy to help and make the stay enjoyable
