It was well catered. Offered some gluten free options- would love if some of the bakes offered were also gluten free especially when guests note the allergy when booking the hotel

The room was in the basement and the window was frosted with very little daylight. It was ok for a two night break, but would have wanted something better if staying any longer. The room wasn't tiny, but coupled with the lack of natural light could be claustrophobic. We were under the stairs and were subject to the noise and footsteps of people using them at any time. There was a lot of noise during the first night not sure if it was a boiler room or maybe something external.

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful. The reception staff were friendly and the kitchen/Breakfast staff were a credit to you. There was a good selection of continental breakfast of a good standard. The underground is only a short walk away and there are some local shops and a pub.

The beds were crammed in a very small room, so that you'd have edge around them to move about in the room. There isn't really anywhere to put your luggage so we couldn't really unpack which was a bit annoying in a 4 nights stay. Think of it as a room where you sleep and that's about it. The wi-fi chiefly worked early in the morning - and in the evening not at all.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff too in that department. A really great way to start your day. The area is nice and quiet, so you can get at good rest too. Both important as a trip to London involves a fair bit of walking.

The room is so small. Breakfast choice wasn't great, very limited and you can't fine a nice bacon rolls or Complete English breakfast. very disappointed. Wifi signal is not good if you are located on the basement.

Cleanliness: found a hair on the sheet and one of the pillowcases was dirty. Also, the smell coming out of the toilet outside breakfast area.

Location, complimentary breakfast, the size of the room. Loved the room and it was facing the street but in the quiet neighbourhood, so it didn’t matter.

The Service and Staff were really helpful and always available. The Location was close to Paddington Station, which was very convenient.

It was very warm when we stayed. We did not have any fan or a/c in the first night. When we requested from the front desk they said they will check the next day. He mentioned that “it is night time so should be cool anyway”. Did not appreciate that as it was watm and it was not good customer service. We were not able to sleep well becauae of this.

The kitchen helped pack breakfast for us as we had a very early tour. This was frwatly appreciated.

The breakfast was poor. It was not advertised as not serving pork. You could not get a traditional English breakfast. The cereals was stale or a very cheap brand. You could also only order cappuccino as a coffee option no other option’s available.
