Very comfortable rooms in an old style. loved this. the staff was excellent and helpful in every way. bus stop was right in front of the hotel and straight down to the city center. The breakfast was awesome. very personal service all the time. Recommend this place

The house itself was just amazing…. But the feel of it when You walked in .. makes it feel it was Your. Home ! The food was delicious , the beds. Awesomely. Comfortable .. and the staff. Did. Everything. They could to make it the best experience ever !

Beautiful lounge and bar and very easy to get to. We were most impressed with the service. Zoltan gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with all of our questions, including looking up where we could find music and offering to book last minute dinner reservations. The check-in process was honestly luxurious! We've never felt so well taken care of!

The lights in the bedrooms x 2 were very dark and it was hard to read in the bedrooms. Luckily, the bathroom was very well lit. We also had to get a bus in and out or it was a 25 minute walk back to the hotel. That was not an issue except when it was raining heavily which happened on a few days.

The hotel is indeed a lovely haven to stay over away from the bustling city. The staff has to be commended for their warm friendliness and helpfulness. I include the receptionsists, the staff at the bar and the staff who clean the room. Their service cannot be faulted. We left our key inside the room and only realised that at about 4 or 5pm in the evening but a member of staff was still around, possibly cleaning other areas, to let us in. My husband left his charger in the room and the staff kindly posted it back to us. Impeccable service. Enjoyed the food at the Japanese restaurant that was right next door.

This is just a note for booking soecific rooms. Our disappointment was that we weren't in the Roseate itself. I had booked, or what I thought I was booking, "Superior Rooms" in that building. I had requested through the booking app the rooms with the exposed tubs and bay windows. We reserved these rooms several weeks before travel as well to ensure our accommodations. So just be aware during booking on this. Our rooms were not all "Superior" in the other building, only one out of the four from our reservation. However they were all so beautiful and comfortable it was still a great experience. Superior is what is used for the type of room booked on the site. The rooms were still amazingly comfortable, and I'd recommend a stay here at any opportunity.

Could not get the lights on the wall to work so therfore our room was a little on the dark side when I was putting my make up on, this is not to say they were not working. Did not affect my stay.

Breakfast was very good, very nice food. Room was very nice and comfortable. Everything catered for. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Small thing because I loved the room but it did say there was a walk in shower and this wasn't accurate. Still a beautiful bathroom though. We also had no milk for the coffee machine.

Beautiful room and building. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely room. Close to the city centre and train station. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Food was great. Very warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Some noise from the staff on the first morning as close to the restaurant / hallway - woke me, but only lasted few moments.

Location was fab Staff were lovely very friendly and approachable Complimentary coffee on arrival was nice touch Visited for partners birthday which they provided upon request Prosecco, balloons and banners which was a lovely way to start the trip! Bathtub!! Was a dream!

Our stay at the Roseate was exceptional from start to finish. We were celebrating a very special occasion and the staff upgraded us and provided us with complimentary champagne at dinner. It was such a special trip made even better by the staff and hotel itself.
