We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the rooms are large with amazing views if you get one overlooking the golf course. The staff are friendly and helpful and the spa facilities were lovely!

United KingdomHowever, booked a twin and got a double, we were on the ground floor so could hear everything going on above, and the wind whistled through a badly insulated window all night. Ate in the bar and the food came out luke warm and breakfast was out of granola pots, my daughter's favourites. Could do with some evening entertainment or some music playing.

United KingdomWe felt there was not enough staff at the swimming pool. To greet you and explain where to go and lockers etc we were left very much on our own. Plus signing in at the Spa reception. When we did find a staff member they were very friendly and helpful.
Room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our dinner in the bar area which very comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant and very nice indeed. With a good variation to choose from.

United KingdomStains on the bed runner and on the net curtain at knee level Nail varnish scrape marks around the bath robe pegs A non luxurious set of furniture in the Luxury Suite - the arm chairs and sofa were hard, tired / well used and dated. For a Luxury Suite, it didn’t have the added ‘luxuries’ you’d expect from the label. The room was 3 times as large as a twin or club room but everything else was the same ( toiletries, wardrobe cabinet area , tea/ coffee tray - with an additional small coffee machine. It just had a few more occasional tables , a coffee table (heat damaged in two places) and a desk with two upright chairs.
Housekeeping v good Requests for extra in room breakfast menu brought to me by reception staff - Chanel and support for using the coffee machine ( no instructions) so another younger lady receptionist came on day 1

Love this hotel and spa have stayed there many times have always found it very comfortable and relaxing my husband and I call it our “happy place” but this time we stayed in twin bedded room and my mattress was very uncomfortable and duvet was extremely lumpy. Didn’t have a good sleep sadly.

United KingdomWe stayed here last year and we’re given robes and slippers when using the pool and spa area. This time we went and asked but weren’t allowed any, even when we explained we didn’t come prepared and just wanted some shoes to wear around the pool we weren’t allowed any. I do think overall it has gone downhill unfortunately, this will be our last stay.
The room was nice, the view wasn’t as good as we would’ve hoped for but it was a rainy day anyway. The bath was nice size and the shower was good. The breakfast was okay, had both hot and cold options for people.
