The added service charges but bed was turned down each night, candle lit in the bathroom, water replenished and a treat to say goodnight.

Guests receive five star customer service at this elegant boutique hotel. Everything was perfect, with exceptional attention to detail. A shout-out of thanks to Thomas, Benjamin, Kevin, Jacque, Jiula, Angel and Dean for making our stay even more special. We always choose Red Carnation hotels when in London, and the Egerton House Hotel has our highest and most sincere recommendation.

Everything was perfect. We really felt at home. Location is incredible, in the heart of Knightsbridge, super close to Harrod’s, V&A etc but tucked in a very quiet street. Housekeeping, food (shortbreads!), drinks and overall service were top notch from start to finish. Jacques and Benjamin at the desk where amazing and very useful for tips and suggestions for exhibitions/food. Lula (hope I remember the name right) that brought us breakfast on the first day was particularly attentive and fun to talk to. Everyone else was also always caring and attentive without being intrusive. A real five star experience with the intimacy of a townhouse. 10/10 and will for surely come back on our next London trip.

The car park was private but not right by the hotel, It was no issue of course as the car was valeted to the parking but this was at an additional cost which of course is not an issue if stated on the booking page.

The location is at a great area, Harrods is near, lots of museums, Albert Royal Hall, Imperial .... The cleanliness was fantastic. The welcome and check in great. Our room had little touches- loved it, details that show the hotel makes the extra mile. We went to a show and we were pleasantly surprised our room was ready for the night , with a little sweet chocolate. I however found it a bit unsettling that the private car park was not near and it incurred additional fee plus for the valeting, This should clearly be stated on the booking page. Staff were exceptional, went our of their way. Both reception and Roxanna and Lula at breakfast. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it.

We had a fantastic stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and definitely offered 5 star service. We stayed in a deluxe room which was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The all day menu and breakfast was also very good. We will be staying here again.

It was our second stay at the Egerton House, and we were wondered once again by the outstanding beauty and hospitality that this hotel has to offer. Amazingly beautiful hotel building, a Victorian town house beautifully decorated and equipped with all amenities one can need. The staff’s politeness and attention to every single detail made our stay extremely relaxed and comfortable. Such a luxury! The breakfast was incredible! Specially the full breakfast à la carte. We loved the elegant dining room at the lower ground. My partner had his birthday some days prior to our stay and we were welcomed to a beautiful card and a box of chocolates in our room, so kind!!!! Million thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcomed, specially to Rosie, Sarah. Everyone is an example of professionalism in hospitality, pretty much taken to the next level. We hope to be back soon.
