Breakfast finishing at 08:30 in the week was a little early for us! We’d have liked to have sampled the breakfast, but we had a late night on our stay and needed to make the most of a lie in!

We received an extremely warm welcome! The reception host was so very friendly and helpful. Free parking on site was very handy indeed. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable and spacious, and very clean and well maintained.

May be called "dated" by some with reference to internal decor, but it was beautiful, well kept and thoroughly clean throughout. Hotel unable to fault in all or any way. External "central" location was well suited for needs but Wolverhampton was generally shocking in terms of cleanliness and council maintained sadly.

Brilliant customer service, went above and beyond to establish our preferences (front or rear facing room), happy for us to extend parking allowance into the following day post check out time!

As I was travelling on my own I wanted a hotel that had a restaurant so I didn't have to go out on my own at night - the hotel's own website clearly mentions this, so I was very disappointed to be told at check in that there were no evening meals served - this should have been made clear at time of booking if the current situation is not as described on the hotel's website

The room was immaculately clean, bed was really comfortable all the staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was great value for money and really well cooked

Towels stuffy not fresh, thin pillows, breakfast not included in room price.

I liked the cleanliness of the place, bath sheet however had a most disagreeable fragrance. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming very helpful and pleasant, hotel is near city centre and main routes that is a plus, secure parking amazing. Bed was so comfortable but the pillows a bit thin from use. Overall enjoyed my stay but I think breakfast could have been covered in the room price. ⭐️⭐️

To be honest I wouldn’t change anything. The bed was comfortable the bath towels were thick and fluffy. They checked and tidied your room every day whether you asked or not. Topped up your tea tray. Keep it straight forward and simple. A great stay. Thank you.

Clean quiet fabulous staff willing to help you .I had gone from Yorkshire to visit friends. It was the perfect place to stay. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Wolverhampton. As a single mature lady I felt very safe in the hotel. Very impressed.

A fabulous stay- Manageress was friendly and helpful- went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was everything breakfast should be- catered for individual tastes. Restaurants nearby or short walk into town. Went to watch Wolves match- ideal location - 20 mins walk to Molineux Stadium.

Claudia is so lovely, remembers your name and has a smile for everyone. She helped me with my suitcase, I have a knee injury and she checked the downstairs room was okay for me. We had a lovely chat this morning, much welcomed as I was travelling on my own. Gorgeous breakfast. Lovely breakfast room and bar area. Would like to come back to stay in one of the rooms inside the main part of the hotel when I can use the stairs. My room was warm, clean, with a comfortable bed, fine for my work stay, WiFi was pretty good too.
