The Apartment is very nice and clean. Very Spacious as well. All the necessary appliances and utensils are present. The only downside is that it is facing the road and slightly noisy because of the traffic. Other than that the Apartment is excellent.

No curtains or blackout blinds, thermostat sat at 24 during a heatwave - tried to adjust but went straight back to 24. Main bathroom mirror light would not go out.

Location was good, apartment was lovely. A good set up with all we needed.

the apartment could of been a little cleaner stains on floor under the kitchen table looks like its been mopped round the table so food stains under it other than this it was fine

no presence of blinds on the Windows so you may not have a good night sleep if you like a dark room. the mattresses on the beds were a bit firm for my liking, I prefer medium to soft mattresses. the pillows also weren’t very great. some of the features in the apartment is worn out a bit, including some of the flooring in the kitchen and the fridge doesn’t close easily. the entrance of the apartment is a bit concealed behind a White house, took a while to find.

the apartment is clean, spacious and relatively well maintained. 2 bathrooms, are spacious and clean, with good working showers and warm water. the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are spacious. Beds were clean and linen was provided. fully furnitured. the apartments are secure and quiet and safe. parking is provided and secure. the check-in process is very clear, and extremely secure, however a bit convoluted. the location is excellent with a shopping centre (e.g sainsbury is 5 minutes walk away) and Farnborough train station is 3 minutes walk away (literally round the corner).

Booked for 4 people and only had 2 sets of towels. tried to contact the property but got an out of office.

Location, Modern property with parking and easy to find. close to shopping restaurants are just a short walk away.

The equipment in the kitchen could be slightly extended and improved. A cafetiere/french press for coffee would be a big advantage as a lot of people do not drink instant coffee, however as we were so close to big supermarkets we were able to go and get one. Also the quality of the knives could be improved as it was difficult to cut. In the bedroom the mattresses were not the best quality so our sleep was not the best.

The property was in a good location, easy to find and walk to from the station, easy to access all facilities in the town. Safe parking was provided which was a bonus. It was also in good walking distance to everything we needed to get to. Despite a few shortcomings we would come again as overall we had a good stay. The location and general facilities were what we were looking for. The welcome tray in the kitchen and amenities in the bathroom were appreciated.

The beds were a little noisy when laid on, but still got a comfortable night's sleep. There was a mix up upon checking in, but this was promptly sorted and all was happy.

Nice, clean, spacious little apartment, tucked away from the busy areas. Was in the middle of all the places we visited over the weekend, and was close enough to the essentials.

There were black mold in En-suite bathroom. Flat isolation is week. Came to much noise from the boy upstairs playing ball all day.

The apartment was really quite overly warm. The only apparent way of adjusting this was by turning down the radiators, which, ultimately, was not a satisfactory solution. None of the bedside lamps didn't work. Sometimes expect one but all three? Poor housekeeping. The Toaster was faulty and caused other electrical faults. Again, someone not checking prior to the occupants arriving. To be fair, we did not report any of this until we left as we were not in the actual apartment for any length of time but we did give feedback on our return home.

This was a Serviced Apartment so food facilities were not part of the package. The Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, though the small appliances could have been a better quality. We had an issue with the Toaster which has been reported to the owners. Furnishings good, lounge and bedroom sizes comfortable and good sizes. Bathroom and En-Suite really nice, plenty of towels and consumables.
