The room space is very very less and need to provide with the washroom slippers as well which was absent.

I asked for twin bed room, but given me with three bed room which may be good for the bachelors visiting for office requirements only, but for the tourists they require a little more space.

it would be nice if the car park price could be a little bit cheaaper for someone who is staying longer.

Everything went well and it is a convenient place to stay.

Shower was in room, therefore no privacy. Nowhere to put anything down apart from on the bed. No facility to make drinks in room. Standard of cleanliness and bedding not great, bedding ripped.

Good location in walking distance of city centre and had a secure car park. Shower was good, powerful and hot.

Room cleaning is not the strong point of any hotel in the UK and this one would be no different. It was ok, it could be improved. Also, the room was very hot. It doesn't have air conditioning, what it does have is a climate control, which was not working properly. So, before going to sleep to cool the room, I had to open the window and it became a bit noisy. It took me some time to sleep.

The hotel's location is very good, in the centre of Birmingham, close to many tourist attractions, so it was very easy to explore the city. The breakfast was decent, with many food options and the staff was very friendly.

There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, yes it's budget but still expensive per night. Would it hurt to provide this.

The location and the staff were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. The security man moved his car so we could park, his name I think was Allie. The receptionist, who was on duty on Friday 12th April evening, was exceptionally kind and helpful

Breakfast was dreadful, even when I knew it was going to be cold buffet. Pastries were dry, margarine like axle grease, dreadful spreads for toast and no Marmite! Cereal terrible. Nothing positive to say about it.

    Very comfortable mattress

the actual bedroom was so tiny it was a struggle to walk from either side of the bed as the gap between the end of the bed and the wall was like a few inches wide. the car parking price was extortionate £8 a night. the seethrough shower door that was over looking the whole bedroom was very unpleasant, as i was staying with a grandparent if either of us wanted to shower the other would have to go down to the lobby. while the beds were comfortable, the sirens from the motorway next door would randomly wake us up at any time in the night, so bring earplugs!!

i liked how cheap it was and that wifi and breakfast were included. i also liked how friendly the staff were and that there was a lift. the breakfasts were tasty, the rooms were always clean when we came back
