Small bathroom, mold. Hotel was closed they found a room for us in other hotel .

Lots renovations ongoing, work is not great could pinpoint no of unfinished issues with our room. Tv did'nt work, shower had a no of issues, hose had no of leaks, shower base had a leak, so leaking water into room as you showered. Only provided with 1 towel for 2 people. Ceiling badly stained, not addressed during reno. Noise level was loud as people passed our room.

The building was still under construction. Our double bed is so small that it was like a single bed. Cannot put 2 pillows easily on the bed. No kettle, no glasses/cups in the room. Instead you will have to go downstair to get hot water from the Tea/Coffee Vending Machine.

They have a Tea/Coffee Vending Machine for free coffee, chocolate, hot water... Room was clean. Staff was helpful. He agreed to keep our luggage after our check-out

The ultra small shower, The staff made me uncomfortable by keep asking me i will need an additional key so i could give it to whoever i will meet during my stay... I didn't feel safe with the staff.

Even it was cheapest i think its to much money for what you get. I think you pay the same price as when not constructing, a lot of small things could be done here to improve the comfort, but looks like they dont want to make effort for it since renovating is been done.

It was close to the underground, also the cheapest in london.

Very small rooms, wouldn’t recommend if you’re a tall or plus size individual as the bathroom is so small, the shower is literally a box and I didn’t realise we had no window upon booking, so we had to leave the door open throughout the night for circulation as the air corn wasn’t working either.

The staff were helpful and lovely. Rooms are clean too.

The hotel is under renovation - so this was reflected in the price - i was given the option to choose another hotel at no additional cost - but chose to stay - staff exceptionally good.

The hotel was very dirty, marks on all the walls. Rooms are tiny, windows broken, everything is very dusty.

Very friendly staff, had a good laugh! It's very cheap, so don't expect too much; you'll get a room with a window, a bed, and a small bathroom. Very close to Earl's court, from where you can into the city or to the airport.

Dirty room, issues with tap water. Stained bed sheets and dust. one route in and out which was a worry for fire on the higher floors with windows that didn’t open. No evacuation plan. Light bulbs need changed. No phone down to reception in an emergency.

Member of staff was nice. Own toilet, quiet too. Let me know about the renovations before I arrived. Location was ace. Comfy bed. Air conditioning.

Renovations going on and room felt not quite finished. Bottom floor room with an open walkway with building materials stacked up and semi enclosed 'roof' Very small bathroom. In the Double bed could feel the mattress springs.

Lovely location, quite central and walkable during the busy coronation weekend.

Hotel is under renovations, supplies left around, along with workers dust up the stairs. The room felt insecure. A bit sketch, the curtain rod was falling off, sheets and towels were stained, walls beside bed were sick.

The location was great and having 24hr front desk is a plus, friendly reception!
