Maybe a bit more choice for breakfast ?

The breakfast was as advertised and very good. I have stayed here several times before so the location suited my plans. Very happy with everything.

They are in need of refurbishing. However the staff make your stay as welcoming as they can. Heating has failed that night and they offered heaters

I was booking in a hurry and didn't thoroughly check the location - it's a far way out of the city centre.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. I loved the view over the river. It also has inclusive breakfast which swung it for me.

I could have organised my travel better to have had time for breakfast!

Arrived very late, reception was excellent, room clean, quiet and comfy. Needed some documents printing in the morning and Robert in reception could not have been more helpful! Bonus was being able to leave the car in the car park while I went to my meeting.

The hotel had no heating. They provided a in-room heater.

The lights were all linked up so you couldn’t put an individual light on ….. eg: When I wanted to read in bed … I would have woken my partner up by putting ALL the lights on ! No central heating. There was a portable heater that we used. No AC working. Screaming kids with loud phones and iPads at breakfast !

Location … we caught a bus to the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were nice. 5th floor of the river was nice.

The carpets looked like they needed replacing. I could not tell if it was the pattern or if they were thread bare. The car park was not very well lit.

Noise in room at bedtime coming from next door although it wasn't a bedroom just a cupboard or something. Loud creaking noises kept us awake in room 512

Breakfast lay out was very good but scrambled egg was awful there was a massive dish and it was nice and hot and fresh but it tasted horrible and was strange texture I only eat the scrambled egg but had to leave this time.

There was no plug for the sink & when the water had gone down the sink it continued to make a funny noise for a few seconds afterwards, which was a bit annoying.

The Room was a good size. The bed was comfy & the shower was very good too. Breakfast was nice a self service option. The Hotel was an ideal location for the Leicester Tigers Rugby Ground.

The pull out bed was awful Our child couldn't sleep on it so we swapped. Felt like a wooden board down the middle of it. Only 1 light switch worked, all on or none at all. 1 switch operated the bedside lamps and main lights

A bit of a trek into town, but not a game changer. Please put loo brushes in the en suite!

Clean, comfortable, and staff all very helpful. Free on-site parking was a real bonus. Proximity to the King Power stadium was awesome. Breakfast included.

Parking not secure

Great room, plugs where you needed! Light switches by the bed, comfy bedding and mattress. Bathroom that shuts the toilet away so that people can still get ready, space was great and place to put everything. Amazing breakfast, great choice.
