We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe hotel is not comfortable, the facilities, gym, swimming pool, sauna and spa are not in the hotel itself. We need to walk outside and enter another building behind the hotel. We did not enjoy the pool as in only one, and the hotel use the whole facilities not for the guest only, but for everyone who became a membership and paid for the use of facilities. For example, Wednesday morning, the 27th March for one hour was a swimming pool class, all elderly people, the staff place a rope to divide the swimming pool and they left like 6 feet 2meter space, for the hotel guest which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing 😳 We had dinner in the restaurant the first, and we did not enjoy it. The restaurant menu is too short and overpriced. We took a casear salad, which was around £15 and to add some pieces of chicken, we need to pay another £6 on top of that. £21 for just a salad. Then the chicken was cold like the chef took out from the refrigerator and placed it on top of the salad. I asked the waiter about this, and she confirmed that the chef added the chicken in the salad without warming up or grilled a bit. When I paid the bill at the end, the waiter did 20% off for the salad as she was embarrassing and understood it was wrong. We did cancel the dinner for the second night, and we found it many restaurants just driving about 10 minutes from the hotel, with half of the price of their menu.
Staff was good, always smiling and ready to answer all questions.

United KingdomThe dinner credit was not made very clear, I got some dinner credit that I thought I could spread out between us and the kids but turned out (too late) that children weren’t covered by the dinner credit, so in the end I had ended up paying more with the dinner credit.
Really good value for money. Breakfast included in the price and great variety of hot breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna and gym facilities were great. The room was clean and modern and very spacious.

United KingdomAs my daughter is only 3 we moved the bed to the wall as it was safer for her - when doing this there was old food underneath and a tablet (not sure what tablet this was) - beds should be moved and checked under neath when the cleaning is taking place. Luckily I seen the tablet and discarded of this.
I have stayed before and the hotel is amazing. The first time I stayed we really enjoyed it hence our second booking this weekend.

United KingdomI am on maternity leave and came away for the first time since having my baby. I was really looking forward to having a couple of nice cocktails and it actually says on the menu to ask about a cocktail if it's not on menu and the staff will gladly make it but unfortunately not. I just wanted a long island ice tea but the staff said they would have to charge me for every single ingredient and it would cost me £50! I just had a glass of wine. It was quite slow service in the bar area and I kept having to go up and ask for someone to take our order and with a new baby and a 6 year old this was a bit annoying. The pool was a bit disappointing and the floor in the ladies changing room very slippy.
Polite staff especially cleaning team and reception.

United KingdomI think £2.25 for a packet of crisps was excessive far to much profit being made. Dri ks also very overpriced . The coffee machine churned out hot water with a dash of coffee. The hot water was scummy for tea totally undrinkable
The pool and spa very good. The towels were not vey nice very thin. Breakfast was good with the exception of su day morni g could not move as was so busy if was a bit of a free for all.

The receptionist was outstanding and dealt with any issues with kindness and thoughtfulness. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. It was delicious and so much choice. The meals in the lounge were tasty and in a relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were very obliging.
