FRIENDLY STAFF , RESTAURANT FOOD WAS DELICIOUS ,COULDNT FAAULT IT.

Paid £30 per person for a buffet dinner at the event i was attending, which had I been served at any other time I would have returned and asked to be refunded. Hot food was luke warm at best salad leaves brown and watery, pork pies inedible and left over breakfast items palmed off as dessert. Overall, it was not good enough for what we were paying.

Reception staff were extremely helpful. Dog friendly areas to eat and drink. We had an issue with the toilet and were given a different room immediately.

Didn't refresh our milks /tea bags/ no complimentary biscuits. Room was a little scruffy and the maid only made the bed. No hoovering/ dusting.

Gym was a bit small with limited equipment for the amount of people.

The health club facilities could be controlled and improved more, we used the pool Saturday evening and we counted 34 people that were in the small pool area. Great facilities but it was very cramped and often could’ve been a danger with the amount of people there. I am aware that it is a bonus to have a pool but it wasn’t a relaxing experience. A big pull of this hotel was because of the spa facilities but it felt more like a chaotic leisure centre.

The hotel room was super spacious, the staff were lovely and everywhere was clean and tidy! The stay was enjoyable and in a great location.

The SPA zone and swimming pool were too small for the number of people in the hotel, but we anyway were able to use it.

Everything was absolutely good 👍. The family room was clean and spacious, delicious breakfast, polite staff. Dog friendly hotel.

Not much, but dinner in the evening is certainly not.worth the money. Not sure who decides what but the menu is very boring and basic.

Excellent front of house staff, very welcoming. Pool and spa facilities were good, clean and everything works. Good breakfast and lots of choice.

A distance from any large town. Lincoln is a lovely city but 30+ minutes drive.

Fridge didn't work (we didn't care as not needed) only 3 hangers for 4 people. Nothing major but would be good to check.

Loved the size of the family room. The swimming pool was a nice bonus and the breakfast selection was really good.

Toaster should have been automated rather than the pop-up ones. Breakfast area was relatively small considering the resort is quite huge.

Superb staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Special shout to Myera at reception. She made our stay quite pleasant with a beautiful smile at all times. Good sized room with clean overalls. Thanks to the housekeeping. Sorry, to have forgotten her name. Big tv and relaxed atmosphere. Very good breakfast albeit limited choice when it comes to hot items. Plenty of fruit and juice options. Excellent hash browns and sausages for breakfast. The uptick was the replenishment of food items. Brilliant work being done by the staff. Dinner items were quite average although pizzas were exceptional.

The evening meals were poor quality. Gastropub prices for salty, Brake brothers style pre-prepared food.

Great location and easy to get to. General standard of place was good.

Noisy in the corridors as people went past our room which was on the ground floor. Restaurant at one end and golf/Spa the other end. So a lot of traffic going past our room late on and early morning. I'd love to stay again for a longer time but would request a room on a quieter floor.

Nice room

I couldn’t book a treatment in the spa so extremely disappointed with this as this is why I chose this hotel in the first place. They needed 2 weeks notice and this wasn’t clear or mentioned at the point of booking. A lot of dust behind bedside table I found this while looking for a plug socket which unfortunately wasn’t even there 🙁
