Could smell gas, window opened all night, too noisy outside. Kept sleeping and waking up.

Price i paid for that what I got, I expected that.

but the hotel could be doing with an update , felt every spring in the mattress, paper falling off walls. Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep. Better places for the same price

The shower was as much use as standing out in the rain. Not a deal breaker but could have been better. I also couldn't turn on the hot tap. My partner could but it took a lot. I suppose that's better for children's safety! The fold out bed wasn't great. It wasn't technically needed as there was 5 other spaces to sleep which is what we booked, but my children are bed hoggers so my partner slept on it. The mattress was very thin

The room was clean which is all I was after. A clean bed to sleep in was the most important thing. The service was friendly and the location was perfect. There was plenty room for putting clothes away I loved the fact that you could lock the door to prevent it being opened from the inside (bottom handle). I've been to lots of fancier hotels where I've had to pile up suitcases just to sleep better knowing the youngest couldn't escape. I always add to reviews that a chain at the top would help a lot of parents

Rooms too small, old furniture and facilities you can smell the oldness, you can see some spots on the sheets and towels although they're been washed, very small tv, toilet seat was broken, rooms are not soundproof.

Good side very good location shops nearby not far from the beach and train station and bus services, free parking available on the street nearby and very friendly staff

It was very cold, no heating in the bathroom so, that was freezing as it was tiled that made it worse. The heating in the bedroom was on and off, during the night it was off which made us very cold considering the weather, heating should if been on at all times.

No one disturbed us, it was very quiet, the reception guy was good, we'd go back if the heating recourses were better

booked a double room but room was tiny and the furniture was very dated. Hey i booked very late on and got a decent price for somewhere just to put my head at night and personally i had a decent sleep as the bed was comfy. Overall the hotel could do with a little refurb in places but dont think i will return.

close to beach and managed to get car parked next to hotel.On arrival was greeted by the host whom was very friendly and helpful also showed us to our room.Did have a good weekend and street is very quiet.all it needs is a little tlc.

Cleanliness- used mask left under the bed, mould in the bathroom and shower curtain. Bed had a dip in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. If I would be staying for a hen party wouldn’t bother me as much, but I came for few days away with kids so was expecting much better.

Room 1. Tired decor & furniture (a few missing handles), mattress could be better but not terrible. A sliding wardrobe/drawer system in the 'desk' alcove would enable a better table/vanity/desk & 2 seats to be where the current furniture is. En suite layout awkward: re-jig of plumbing/access to the shower room could make a big difference. These changes would enable to bed to come away from the radiator/window wall a touch so someone doesn't have to climb over their partner to get out of bed. Obviously the pandemic has lost revenue for hospitality but ideal world suggestion. Could do with a bedside lamp for softer lighting. Occasional, short lasting extractor (or similar) noise outside the window.

Good location. Quiet site (no stag/hen parties allowed). Clean & friendly. Light switch by the bed as well as the entry.
