To many stairs not good if you have trouble with you’re legs, window in room not very secure and could do with a bit of paint on the wood.

    Clean and good lighting

No lift, so guests with heavy luggage have to climb the stairs. My request for a ground floor was confirmed but not provided. The bathroom is small in size.

The location is good and walking distance to the train station. Good value for money.

my only criticism of this hotel is the fact that some of the rooms are above a kitchen generator which makes a lot of noise and vibrates the whole room. This is a safety issue for those like myself with a pacemaker, and that is A huge unhealthy downside. Thankfully the barman who was very helpful in the evenings clarified the times of the generator being switched on and off there is times in the weekdays. Estimated that the generator is switched on at 12 midday, and off at 9:30 pm in the evening and later at weekends

The Fountain Pub Hotel is located in a great area on one of London’s fastest underground tube lines, the Victoria line, making it very quick and easy to get in and out of central London. it also boasts a pub staff, very affordable, drink and food with friendly bar/hotel staff Who were very happy to help when I asked for queries regarding the generator underneath my bedroom. The hotel area of the building has a lit staircase and lit areas which are very helpful for people like myself with a visual impairment.

Small annoyances -The Day I arrived the bar/restaurant was booked for a private function so you can't even have a pint or watch the football in your own hotel. I found this very disappointing as this happened the last time I stayed here too. It wouldn't be difficult to allow access to residents for a small cordoned off section of the bar. -Its not the best area so keep your wits about you walking home etc. -Shower had a bit of damp, floor could of done with a mop, light switches not working, bulbs needing changed. Small things that are easily fixed. Tea cup dirty on arrival which is obviously a bit disgusting but I cleaned it myself before use.

-Great Location for Tottenham stadium. -Great Price -Room was cosy and well kitted with TV and fridge -Staff member on check in was a lovely chap. -Credit where it's due overall this place is probably the best I've found on a budget for going to Tottenham games. The pros massively outweigh the cons.

The room I had was right next to some kind of air-conditioning unit that buzzed. Was fine if the window was closed!

Nice Hotel, liked the area, lots of shops and take aways. Great touch to give you milk and Cereal for Breakfast. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Room backed onto the outside garden - was hesitant to how loud it was be at night (fortunately was not an issue)

Clean rooms. Comfy space. Simple breakfast but sufficient. Great that it was paired with a bar & food so was able to eat and drink there - reasonably priced too Could park on site for free. Friendly staff

Hotel doesn’t open till 1pm, as in literally nobody there. We wanted to drop our bags before going to the spurs game and had to wait until pub opened at 12 and negotiate to leave bags behind the bar, not ideal. Also, no reception or anything from 11pm until 1pm next day. Area is just ok, very diverse local community and the shops around the property are a bit tacky. There are obviously much nicer parts of town but for the money it was tremendous value so long as you don’t mind a less salubrious part of London.

Great location for attending Spurs games. 30 mins walk or 10 minutes in the bus. Close to Seven Sisters Tube station to get anywhere else. We had a newly renovated room. Very nice with velux windows and skylight in the bathroom. Clean and comfortable, milk and cereal in room, kettle, fridge.

Didn’t have any shampoo. Wasn’t a problem but remember to take some if you need it. Street it’s on isn’t the tidiest but felt fine walking to the property which is a short distance from the tube station.

Very clean rooms and excellent value for the price. East to get to on tube from Kings Cross. The lady who took us to our rooms was very helpful. Nice to have fridge with milk and cereal to have something to eat in the morning. Pub it’s attached too looks far better inside than outside and it’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget.

Our room didn't have blinds on the window and it being south facing, meant the sun was beaming in from 6am which in this occasion was not pleasant and incredibly uncomfortable. To top that off the fire alarm also went off in the morning where we had to get dressed very rushed and leave to room to find that it was nothing in the end (grateful that it was nothing, but regardless, an inconvenience).

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was considering there was a pub right next door. The bed was comfortable and the interior of the room was modern, clean and warm!

Noisy guests... seemed unaware that there were other people staying there, shouting between rooms at 7am! Not your fault of course. !

The bed was too soft for my liking, but that is just my preference. There was occasionally an aroma, which seemed to come from the pub where they offer pizzas, etc. But it wasn't too overbearing.

Looks like it has recently been updated. The decor was lovely with lots of nice features. It was great to have your own keys and private access entrance to the side of the pub entrance. The fridge in the room with milk and a supply of cereal options was a nice touch.

The WiFi didn't work and the hallways had a very strong smell of curry.

The girl working on reception with cool hair was super helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy and the location was good, very close to Seven Sisters station. For a one night stay if you will mostly be out of the room, this is absolutely fine.

I had expected to have three single beds but we had one double and one single.

I stayed here with two friends and had a late checkin after going to an event. We wanted something that was near to the event, very budget friendly, could sleep three and allowed late checkin. In that respect this room was perfect. There was biscuits, cereal, milk and tea for breakfast in the room which was a really nice touch.
