The location wasn't the best and the parking area didn't feel spacious, but these weren't problems.

Clean and lovely spacious room very modern with large TV, two double beds that were exceptionally comfortable.

A bit small and shower difficult to work. Breakfast finished by 9.30am a bit early after a night out. Didn’t know where to put the key and electricity card as reception locked so had to leave it on the radiator opposite reception as no one to leave it with and no key box.

Neat and clean and pleasant staff. Good value for money and good location

Local facilities for dining out were limited.

A twin room, not very large but adequate for me as a lone guest. Fresh cooked hot breakfast each day, plus cereals and fruit available. Parking is limited, so twice I had to park in surrounding streets, and relocate before 8am restrictions. Loaction Ok for me, but not overly inspiring.

Shower leaked, shower door was hanging of the rollers, shower head would not stay in position, sink plug would not stay down, the window blinds were all broken and would not open, carpet was all pulled out from under the entrance threshold. A punch hole in the bathroom door.staff were totally confused regarding my stay.

I had sent a message in Booking.com app asking to ensure there was someone on reception at 10pm (which was not outside hours) but when I got there, it was locked & I had to call. Luckily my phone had signal - if I had not had a phone, I would have been locked out. The hotel really needs a door buzzer if reception is going to be closed! There was construction going on in the interior & exterior of the hotel buildings, including right outside my window. Luckily this was during the day while I was out so it didn’t disturb me too much. Although my room was comfortable and clean, the ensuite bathroom has no windows or working ventilation, and so it had a slight mould problem and smelt bad, which needs fixing.

The breakfast was delicious & served with a smile by lovely friendly staff. I had a freshly cooked mushroom & cheese omelette, toast, a pot of coffee, orange juice & a yogurt. There was also a selection of breakfast cereals & fruit available. I had a huge ensuite room with comfortable beds, nice bedside lighting & a giant TV. The tray in my room had a kettle with tea, coffee, milk & good quality biscuits, which were much appreciated.

The location isn’t good and the walk from the station is a bit risky. The room was light all night as the blinds were poor.

Slight dislike is that the reception wasn’t open when I arrived before the check in time, it was raining so would have been nice to wait inside. But friendly and easy check in at 3 when it opened.

    Not a lot, really!

Shower a bit on the "petite" side and the door closure was not good - a loose runner. I reported when departing as the receptionist asked for feedback (very good !!) Breakfast was good - my omelette was a bit dry (I like mine a bitt "undercooked" and with a generous dollop of cream in the mix- but Dave's Full Welsh was excellent, he said. Dave said his room was "fine".

Zero communication with owners through email or booking.com.If you're looking to go out at any time don't bother because you can't get back in.Used the code given which was a waste of time.Banging on the door for 20 mins before another guest let us in who we unfortunately woke up.(It was only 10.30pm) Hotel difficult to find.No external sinage and was right on the main road with very little parking. Room noisy due to the main road and trainline close by. Breakfast very early 7am to 8.30 only and the full English was over cooked and a lot was inedible including the weird Turkey bacon.Hard fried egg and tasteless sausage.

Size of the room, cleanliness, decor in the room was nice,it looked like its been recently been refurbished. Walk in shower.Plenty of towels and drink making facilities.Heating excellent

Difficult to check-in. Sign on the door said "Back in 10 minutes"; I waited for 12 minutes and as no one appeared phoned up. Thereafter an efficient and quick check-in. No staff around when checking out.
