Only issue was breakfast being in a seperate building, but it was still very close. Not suitable for those who cannot do hills or stairs!

Lovely little guest house. The staff were very welcoming, and the accommodating to changes of plans. The room was narrow but very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, using local produce.

The breakfast could have been better, it was basic.

The breakfasts were ok, not a great choice, compared to Ireland the standard was poor. But I think it's because in IOM there are a lot of old Victorian buildings and not build for purpose.

The view from the windows but as I go to sleep in a bed I don’t really mind. Seen enough view of the island all day.

Great location, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Good restaurant with breakfast option that was lovely.

The front door was often difficult to unlock with our key fobs. The rooms are small. The shower nobs were stiff and it is challenging to reopen the shower doors with wet hands. I was unable to extend my stay through the booking.com website.

Glen Mona is a lovely older building with easy access to the Promenade and beautiful seafront. We walked a short distance to another hotel for breakfast. The breakfast was quite good.

Small room and unfortunately very noisy all night long with people in other rooms. The lights from the landings shone through the spaces in the doors. Put a towel at the bottom but not able to block the sides or top.

Staff were friendly. Rooms clean apart from bin being missed and not emptied.

My only gripe is you had to be a strongman to turn the shower off and on.

Spent 2 nights in the premium room. Very spacious, bed comfortable, room is clean (and cleaned everyday). Priced perfectly. Breakfast is excellent. Location was fine for me, 15 minute walk to the centre. There are buses along the front which stop within a couple of mins walk of the hotel. Had no issues with noise. The hotel exceded my expectations

There was a fair amount of noise from other rooms. The hot water was dangerously hot from the hot tap in the sink in our bathroom - the shower was OK because you could control the temperature of the mix coming out.

Douglas is a good centre for exploring the Isle of Man. Public transport from Douglas by train, tram and bus is good. The hotel is fairly close to the electric tram station and a little (15 minute) walk to the main bus stops in the centre of Douglas (but there are bus stops on the promenade to get a bus into the centre). Room was fine, if small, and had a kettle for making tea/coffee. Breakfast was OK, but we would have liked some more bread and fresh fruit options. Breakfast is in another building but very close by. The breakfast venue was a restaurant for some evening meals during the week - we tried it once and it was very good (although vegetarian options were limited).

No parking available. Advertised as public parking, which I assumed would be at their head Hotel but its actually just street parking. We had to park quite a distance from hotel.

Excellent staff so helpful and friendly. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities. Just did the job for a short stay. Breakfast was wonderful, choice of full cooked breakfast, yoghurt and cereal. We'll presented.
