I expected to have more service. When I checked out and I got three luggage. I were waiting for tax to come and there were three people at reception, but no one gave me a hand. I felt very disappointed

The heat in the general areas, corridors lifts etc was very high for us. Only one comfortable chair in the apartment. The "rain shower" could have been stronger.

For our purposes, travelling with dogs the location was excellent, close to Hyde Park & near to a Tube station allowing us to travel around London. Our apartment had plenty of room & it was equipped with all the basics you require in the kitchen area. Staff were all very pleasant & helpful.

View we had - inner yard with tubes. But it wasn’t noisy, so we could open windows for ventilation. Actually, it was ok with view, we didn’t spend much time in room.

Good location. Yes, it’s not close to the most of “must-see”s but close to Hyde Park, Paddington and Lancaster Gate metro station, so no problem to get anywhere. We had two rooms apartment, couch in a bigger room wasn’t super comfortable, bed was ok. In the kitchen we had everything to cook breakfast if needed. So, everything was good.

We were received with great friendliness by the person at the reception, showing availability for whatever we needed. The room was lovely and perfect for a couple. It had 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, and an area with a sofa and TV. We didn't have breakfast, but at the reception, there was juice and a snack for us to eat, which we found quite nice. After check-out, we were able to stay and work in the reception area! It was also nice! It was only one night, but we recommend it! 🇵🇹

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. It felt like the room could have done with a bit of a deeper clean and some of the facilities needed modernising as well as some of the furniture.

Location was great, the room was a good size and the facilities in the room were good (in terms of what was there not quality) . The staff were amazing and we would come again. Very helpful holding luggage etc for us.

Studio was very different from the pictures, what was shown was not what you get. There was little storage on hand and the furniture was bare and worn. TV actually had a scratch on the screen.

Location is round the corner from Paddington station and Lancaster Gate tube. It had a and elevator, decent washer dryer, fridge and cooker. Bathroom was a decent size and hot water supply and shower was good.

I hate to write this, but I have to, otherwise this is why this section here exists. If not to the points I will mention this would have been a strong 9. But: (1)room/apartment door knob was barely holding to the door, indicating some force entry or in general demanding attention. (2) under the bed there was literally 5 mm of dust, seems like it was never vacuumed. (3) Killed 3 bugs, not sure of theirs nature and origin but it gave a couple of pausing thoughts.

THERE IS A DISHWASHER!!! Great kitchen. a bit of a smallish room, and we had to hide the iron board and fan behind the door, not to see those every given moment while in the room. Space management could have been better. otherwise great location. it was great to reconnect with the city. Paddington close by and middle of Hyde park with great walks and squirrels.
