We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThat the hotel guests are charged to use the hydro pool. It is perfectly ok to ask to book a slot or charge for the spa facilities but hydro-pool is easily accessible from the swimming pool and not fair to put personnel to guard it from the hotel guests who already paid to stay. It is also not clear that they charge for it on the website. Rooms didn’t have a nespresso style coffee machine. Coffee was terrible.

Also, the delicious breakfast. Hotel is beautiful and so presentable! First impressions were fantastic.

United KingdomThe room was clean, however, there was black mould in the shower. Breakfast is served and not buffet; one has to decide between a set of pastries and youghurt/porridge for the starter. The food is good but inconsistent; both porridge and scrambled eggs looked and tasted differently on two separate occasions. The indoor swimming pool has a VERY strong smell of chlorine, which does not leave the building due to poor ventilation and high humidity. Personal hygiene kits are also not provided; e.g., you will find neither cotton buds/pads nor dental hygiene kits in your room. The USB charger next to the bed did not work.
Location is superb, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel has a good design, and the rooms are nice. Most members of the reception staff were friendly and eager to help.

United KingdomBreakfast service was poor. Sat for 40 mins and still hadn’t been given drinks. We ended up leaving and not having breakfast. I can appreciate when it’s busy but there was plenty staff and no communication to tell us drinks/ food was coming etc, very poor and did but a damper on the weekend.

United KingdomOne spa area is pretty unclear when you go to use there facilities. You are not made aware of how the lockers work and where robes are or anything really. I was also told the reception get a little mad at people for asking for the robes because they want to keep them for members only not really sure if thats fair as we paid too. For £35 each just to use an outdoor pool and some relaxation rooms surley you deserve a robe.
The one square brasserie is a nice area to relax and get food and drinks. Our room was amazing, big comfortable bed, the bathroom is amazing, shower pressure perfect and bath is big.

United KingdomThe thing I missed was a brief 'introduction' for the facilities in the room and hotel. I couldn't work out how to get cooler water for the bath - the water tap seemed to be stuck on hot - too hot for me!
It was a nice large room and everything - the bed, furniture and bathroom was high quality. Breakfast - a brilliant Scottish vegan cooked breakfast - perfect. I liked the security of the lift system, meaning that the guest room floors were card-access only. Swimming pool is good.

PolandThe hotel was a little bit run down. Some of the facilities were broken, like the swimming suit dryer in the pool area, and some of the stuff in the room. The design of the room is somewhat questionable (especially wrt bathroom), and the room looks dated.
The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was quite nice (if you're ok with British food). The swimming pool was ok, especially if you just want to swim, but to relax in warm water pool you need to pay extra for the access to the thermal spa.

United KingdomBreakfast table layout was poor. One of the waiting on staff stated to us “this is a five star hotel”. I felt like saying “well for 5 star you haven’t provided teaspoons, side plates, side knives sugar tongues or milk with my coffee. Don’t brag if your not providing a 5 star service!” I have stayed in another 5 star hotel (just down the road) which actually felt 5 star.
Reception and concierge staff friendly and helpful. Room service food was good. Bed super comfy with comfy feather pillows.
