A lovely little cottage, very quirky with everything you need. Great shower comfy corner sofa and most importantly super comfortable bed. Ideal location for everything Parking is easy as a free parking permit is provided for the car park next door Will definitely stay here again

Floors creaked badly....needed more utensils in kitchen...no egg cups. Just a personal preference...felt a little stale and dark.. could do with a few personal touches...pictures or artwork. OK for a couple of days.

Self entry which didn't bother me, and staff were around enough during the day if I had any questions. No breakfasts, bar or public facilities but there are plenty cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Only disappointment was the Meating Place being closed for refurbishment while I was there which I'd heartily recommend for breakfast, just out the door and and turn left on the main road, a few yards away.

I've stayed in a few hotels in Llangollen and this was the best, and at a fair price. Liked the decor and furnishings, very comfortable room.

The only thing I would say was staying on the bottom floor next to the entrance and the walls being quite thing it was easy to hear people coming in and out however I understand that is probably something that can’t be helped much

It’s position was pretty ideal - being so central and near The Sun Inn / Corn Mill / Plas Newydd and our friends staying in Hill Street. Convenience of parking with a permit.

The bathroom is like a wet room but if you use the shower, the floor ends up soaking.

Comfortable bed. Lots of mirrors (ideal for getting ready for a wedding). Clear instructions for arrival and hotel stay. Room was nice and cool. Location was excellent - close to shops, bars, food places etc.

There were no staff, so if something had been wrong, it would have been complicated to sort it out, possibly.
