The host gave us a choice of start time for breakfast. The breakfast was good and variety. The room was a nice space with lots of windows. Margaret was a great host and very helpful and friendly. We loved the nice touch with a visitors fridge to store our traveling perishables. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean.

The bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient. There are no towel racks, and there is simply a shower curtain that separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom that allows the floor to get wet. There is also a fan in the bathroom that turns on when the light is turned on that is very loud.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are very pretty and peaceful.

Location at the back of Londonderry means easy access out to Southern Ireland and also along the north coast. Spacious grounds and plenty of parking

Lovely hosts, very inviting. Our stay was perfect. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, we wanted for nothing. The breakfast catered for everyone and the cooked breakfast was was first class. The location was stunning. One of the best bed and breakfast we have stayed in. Will definitely go back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Quiet with well appointed bedrooms. .tv in every room...comfortable bed for a good night's sleep..spotlessly clean ensuite bathroom. And of course Margaret's fantastic fry for breakfast which sets you up for the rest of the day... definitely a home from home and highly recommended.

I was grateful for the lovely welcome from Margaret and Stuart when I arrived. I liked that the house was in the countryside but yet close to all the amenities in Derry.

Breakfast was good. My room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well appointed. The location is rural and quiet but not too far from Derry city centre. The hosts were very helpful indeed and gave my car a jump start upon discovering that my car battery was flat in the morning !

We stayed one night only. The room was clean and had a nice choice of tea bags. We were leaving very early the next morning to catch the sunrise at the Giants Causeway, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we get a hot breakfast before leaving. My stomach appreciated the gesture.

Very few things could be improved! I think that it would be useful for ppl to know how the heating works and that it’s ok to open your windows wide to cool off - we were roasting the first night because we were afraid to waste heat! But the cool breeze was so refreshing our second night and that was definitely my most comfortable sleep. We were also on a tight budget with pensioner parents so couldn’t afford the £40 for all of us to use the sauna/hot tub for an hour, but I’d love to give it a go on another visit when we have a bit more cash to flash :)

Lovely location out in the country, quiet and peaceful! Loved the little touches like biscuits and coffee in our room with the kettle, the wonderful greeting on arrival by Stuart & recommendation for dinner (Cosh bar was so good we went back again!), and of course the fabulous fry-up for brekkie made by Margaret & John (potato fry bread & rashers were my fav!). Hosts were so wonderful, on our whole trip this was our favourite stay! Everything was considered - beds were perfectly firm & comfortable, and so huge we had to roll around a few times to cuddle! Due to their centralized heating everything was warm, towel racks toasty, and pillows dreamy soft. Water pressure was good and water temp was warm too. Will be delighted to stay here again next time we’re in Derry :) Also the option to use the outdoor sauna/hot tub was a cool one!
