As I arrived late, I found it a little difficult to find a parking place, but did in the end.

Period property with wonderful history. My room had a modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. Location was great for Bath, all key sites within walking distance.

When we arrived our room wasn't ready it was a mess the bed wasn't made.It says there is parking but there isn't you have to park on the road if you can find a space.

Richard was nice he was apologetic for the room not being ready,he was helpful as to letting us know where to go & how to get there. The property was clean & in a good location within easy reach of the town centre.

We had a gorgeous stay at the Grosvenor Villa. The property is located a short distance from town with several bus routes making Bath’s most popular attractions just a short 15-minute journey away. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the room and the history of the building — the experience of staying here was brilliant from beginning to end.

The property itself is full of character, it oozes history. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable. The room had all things you would expect and much more … plenty of tea / coffee , bottled water and complimentary wine.

Grosvenor Villa is a hidden gem and Richard the perfect host. Highlights include the amazing entrance hall, the location which allowed me an entirely new perspective of Bath, the wonderful rooms and the dog friendliness. I can't recommend it highly enough - thanks for a wonderful stay Richard!

We chose the villa due to the history. And location, the room was a beautiful room. The four poster was a treat. It’s very beautiful after walking around the baths and city for the afternoon/early evening we headed back and chilled out for the evening. It was so quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed.

The whole property was beautiful from the garden area to the room. The owner is a wonderful man who is very knowledgeable about the area and told us all the history of the entrance to the property which was spectacular. It was our wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful clean , comfortable room with great views. The dining room was stunning and offered a wonderful continental breakfast.The room key allows you to get some discounts and free drinks at various local businesses which was an added bonus with the accommodation. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there again.

My wife was recovering from a broken ankle, and the stairs were a bit tricky for her, but it was ok.

The hotel and the service were outstanding. The location was great. My dog loved it as well. PS: Great coffee.

Traditional build. Clean, tidy and nostalgic. Bus stop right out side and all buses go through bath centre and it’s only £2. Uber was £9 at the busiest part of the night. Also walking distance but it was raining so used the transport available. Complimentary wine, bottled water, tea and biscuits in the room is a nice touch. Very accommodating host.
