We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandI didn't like the breakfast available. It was continental due to the early start. I arrived down at 4 am as it said that's when it starts. There was no tea/coffee available and the pastries were rock hard. It was just easier to leave to go to the airport than wait around.
I like the convenience of the hotel, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The luggage hold was convenient and actually made my trip easier.

United KingdomBreackfast was shameful - after travelling for a few days and staying many hotels this was probably the worst I'd seen. Regardless of dietry requirements - how about something healthy in there. Come on, you can do better! Also I think staff were a little stressed out.

Stayed one night after flight ,comfy room and bed great nights sleep very quiet. Breakfast was good for us ,did not do cooked breakfast but tea ,coffee, juices ,cereals toast cakes and you could order sausage and bacon rolls so was enough to eat.
