Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceThere was no hot water. But other than that i do not have something bad to say. It was very nice!
First of all i have to talk about the people of the hotel who were A M A Z I N G. They were so ready to help in all situations!! Very friendly!! Also the breakfast was very nice! Simple but nice warm and enjoyable! The wifi was very good also! And even though there was the pub downstairs it wasn't loud! We liked the place!

United KingdomThe downside of the location is that if you get a front facing room overlooking the station, be prepared to be disturbed by the noise from the trains and street below. I didn’t have earplugs with me so only got a few hours sleep. There was a bit of a humidity issue in my room since the A/C for the bathroom was off, when I turned it on I realised why, it made such a racket, and was covered in a thick layer of dust. There were a few stains here and there, kettle needed descaling, some black mould on the window cills, a bit starting to show up on the bath sealant, a fly squashed on the bathroom wall. I didn’t try the continental breakfast items because they were swarming with flies. I alerted staff to the fact one crawled into the fruit juice jug which had dead flies in it, they immediately changed it. They need to sort the A/C and fleas situation because come summer that could be a serious infestation.
The best thing about the room was the location directly opposite Kensington Olympia station, also very convenient for the exhibition centre. The bath tub was a decent size, it was nice to have a soak and the rain shower was good too. A variety of teas and coffees provided in the room plus mineral water and beer in the mini fridge. There was a Vegan option for the cooked breakfast. Reception held onto my travel bag post check-out so I could spend time in the area without being weighed down.

United KingdomTV etc. yet no radio, speaking of naturally talented & empathic broadcasters, I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of the late great broadcasting legend that presented an weekday afternoon slot on BBC Radio One back in the day, top broadcaster that I enjoyed listening to back then(I'm that old haha). Don't make genuinely caring broadcasters like that anymore(sounding like an grumpy old person every day).
Nice & comfortable enough accommodation for the price in Central London however this was not the "Luxury Double Room" that was advertised, pictured(photos of luxury double room at the H&F, London and advertised on this specific accommodation platform) that I was expecting at the time of booking(falsely advertised, having had the opportunity to experience the Fuller's hospitality experience via previous stays I foolishly assumed I would naturally receive & experience the "luxury double room" advertised here, see "luxury double room" photos). On a positive note a lovely female of the team here was amazing and undoubtedly a huge asset to Fuller's and the hospitality industry in general(it really takes a special people person to work in hospitality and the service industry, not everyone is suitable you know who you are, thank you I appreciate you). Shame as generally speaking this specific chain accommodation can't be faulted. Bit of a disappointment to say the least on this specific occasion.

AustraliaThe family room was an ideal choice for us since we planned to spend most of our time out and about with the kids, and so really just needed a comfortable room to sleep in and a quick and easy option for breakfast. It’s a lovely little pub in a great location (we walked from Kensington High St with kids in approx 10 mins) with pleasant staff. With breakfast included it was great value for money. We will definitely be back again!

United KingdomNoisy, very tired, dated decor wall paper peeling of the wall, curtains ripped and hanging of their curtail pole, last night didn't get any tea coffee making stuff but to late to ask for more when we got in. I'm sure they would have given us more. Busy location. I think it was over priced for what we got to be honest.
Staff were excellent, lovely, friendly and made you feel welcome. Bed was a good size. Food was acceptable but average.
