Nothing- was all good

Easy parking, comfortable room and lovely spa with big pool and good sauna and steam room. We ate a meal in the bar which was good and reasonably priced. Staff were all excellent- lovely welcome when we checked in and very good service in the bar.

With a disabled husband and a blue badge, we would have expected such a large hotel to have more disabled spaces near reception. Twice we needed to park some distance away as the 4 spaces already occupied.

The resturant - we had evening dinner there and unfortunately it was over priced the gravy was cold and for some reason there was a couple of slivers of fish in the chicken salad . The beef and ale pie looked like it was bought from the local tesco nothing special at all. We didnt have breakfast as we left too early so cannot comment on the breakfast.

Room was very spacious with great views Staff where very friendly the spa was superb. Bed was very comfortable. comfortable settee and chairs to sit round. With an extra bonus of a balcony

Disappointed that rooms only serviced every other day! Nothing was refreshed including the tea coffee milk and biscuits despite there being only enough for 1 night. We ran out of toilet paper too.

Location was good close to M56 and easy access to Stockton Heath Good breakfast. Staff at breakfast were efficient.

Long black hair in bath which did not belong to either me or my husband.

Dirty in bathroom. Stains on chair. In the stair well the room was badly stained from water leak and smells of smoke. Clearly that’s why the window was open! A number of windows were blown just looked old and broken

Corridor noise - bedroom doors are very, very loud when closing. Not the hotels fault, but did feel like doors were opening and closing, a lot, until late at night and then from early in the morning.

The hotel was lovely, modern, clean, fresh, the spa was outstanding and very, very relaxing. Comfy beds, lovely showers in the room - also worth noting was how spacious the room was too.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I never heard any noise. The room was clean and exactly what I needed. I never used the facilities as I was meeting work colleagues for dinner but the bar area looked really welcoming.

Window wouldn’t open and it got quite warm .. plus we all had a lingering cough so fresh air would have been nice. We didn’t mention it to reception as it was on the morning we noticed it and checking out that day. Staff seemed friendly and prob would have helped if we had pointed it out.

I picked this hotel as it stated it had electric car chargers. However, upon arrival when I asked about the chargers I was advised that they were only Tesla charges and therefore of no use to me as I don’t drive a Tesla. I find the advertising of having electric chargers misleading as they are only for Tesla’s.

Although I had email confirmation of the room I wanted, they tried to fob me off with some weird room. There were no plastic or glass drinking glasses in the room. Reception said these are not provided and one is supposed to drink out of the bottle.
