Despite the building location is nice overlooking the harbour, And part of a gentrified/regeneration area of the city, the surrounding area still remains a deprive area of the city.

Comfortable flat with 2 rooms + 2 bathroom + open space kitchen and living area. Underground car park included Bus stop in front of the building only 3 miles away from the city centre

Family apartment for 4 people had an amazing view from the top floor. Large windows allowed to enjoy the view to the full! the staff was amazing, helping us to find the apartment and get an access to it despite we were late with check in. it is highly recommended to read instructions carefully ))) easy access to the centre of the city via the bus - one needs to take it from the nearby ending bus station.

Parking excellent! it’s just a bit away from the city centre but maybe there is a better way into the centre than taxis. These apartments are fantastic!

Some of the doors did not close properly, but this really is a very minor point. The hot water ran out on our first evening before we had all had a shower. However, we had arrived very late and didn’t have time to wait for it to re-heat. The next day, we staggered our showers throughout the evening and all had lovely, hot ones!

After a terrible experience with our original accommodation, which led to us having to cancel with nowhere else to stay, we stumbled upon these incredible apartments. There was one left and we booked it. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and spacious it was. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were amazing. So powerful and could be hand-held, which is important for us. The next morning, we couldn’t believe our eyes when we opened the curtains in the lounge and saw the view of the Firth of Forth, with sunlight flooding in. Lovely location at the end of the tram line with very easy access into Edinburgh. We would highly recommend.

The only thing I could suggest is adding kitchen roll to the kitchen supplies.

Easy access to the town centre. Reception staff were lovely and organised earlier check in than usual. Spacious and clean with plenty of cooking equipment. Great view when it wasn’t foggy. Parking was free and plentiful. Brilliant for the cost.

One of the washbasins threw water in c12, hot water were finish after 3 people showers.
