The room felt cramped for two people with luggage. Beside the doorway the was what can be described as a large double wardrobe which was actually the AIRCO! As a result the luggage and clothes had to be continually moved around. This really is unacceptable in a hotel which obviously needs to be refurbished. Two small lifts for the whole floor....really ? Come on Doubletree it's time to get your act together and make people's stay a pleasure rather than an irritation.

Location, Breakfast, Bed was comfy, Window could be opened so that there was no need to turn on the airco. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a pleasure with exceptionally pleasant staff! and good food!!

Breakfast room was very hot and wait to be seated seemed long. No customer service page on TV as stated in room guidance. When we booked it , room spec stated the room would have a microwave and sofa. It didn't. Receptionist said this was not Thier fault and some people had been promised a balcony. Not one room has one. Parking is below the hotel and is a little tight! I'm glad I don't drive a 4 by 4 as I would have hit it. We didn't receive house keeping the first day we were there which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

Breakfast on site which was a good choice and very tasty. Wide selection of dishes including gluten free. Room was nice and airy with a window which opened!!! Great location in Bath and easy to access. Bathroom was big and clean.

No realistic chance of early check-in; understood that car-parking was at the hotel (perhaps I didn't read the blurb properly); toaster did not brown the toast; no granola; woken up at about 12.30 am to be told there was a food delivery for me - it certainly wasn't for me - had difficulty in getting back to sleep.

Comfortable room and bed; excellent shower; location couldn't be better; good breakfast; very quiet room despite being in the city centre. Reasonable value for money given the hotel's location.

We had an accessible room with a wet room as my sister required it for her condition. It was quite slippy from the shower but nowhere to put towels hear the shower area. No shelves for either

It was very central for the restaurants and shops. No car and ark but was able to leave the car in a nearby car park for the duration of the stay

There was nothing we didnt like!

Brilliant location in the centre of Bath. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy, Was only missing grilled tomatoes 😆at breakfast, but was lovely otherwise! There was also a front of house man, who I’m sorry to say I didn’t get his name but he was great, very helpful and knowledgeable! But all of the front of house and bar staff were great too!

Hotel was lovely and clean .It is right next to a car park and very central. Staff friendly helpful and professional Large room with huge comfy bed, Large shower in bathroom with toiletries. Really good choice for breakfast with plenty of room in dining room . Really enjoyed the stay ,although room was on the road there was no noise from the Street , nice pub across the road Pig and Fiddle ? 5 mins walk to town , bridge ,and Abbey .
