Limited vegetarian and vegan options - disappointing in this day and age. Not too impressed to be charged extra for parking.

Very noisy, we were woken at 1.30 am by noisy children and adults in the corridor. No remote for the television. It took over an hour to give us one after asking twice

It’s far from the city centre, which was made clear in the description so that can’t be helped. We had to use our car to go to the sites and as with most city centres, you pay for parking.

Rooms and bathroom were similar to any other Double Tree Hilton. We chose this hotel for my friend’s young son so he had the pool to look forward to (given how the weather is unpredictable) at the end of the day. It was his favourite part of the trip. It looked like this was the case for many of the families there. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was a good stay. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was not working 😕. It was freezing cold when we got in with No sign to say that it was not working. The bathroom was in need of a refurbishment, looking a bit tired, to what I would expect from a Hilton.

It was in a good spot. Shops closed by, and although busy our bedroom was quiet. Lounge area good and the food was nice.

The hotel room appeared clean but the bathroom smelt of stale urine. It was very unpleasant. The restaurant didn’t have enough staff so the wait for tables at breakfast was quite long and when finally seated there were lots of empty tables needing clearing. The service was very slow waiting to order food in the evening time also.

Attention to detail in room. Not enough stocked tea/coffee/milk options. No shower gel in bathing area, had 2 conditioners instead. I asked for a queen double room, which should have 2 beds as I was led to believe but it only had one. I am disabled and the room was quite far away from reception. I should have high lighted this prior to arrival however I do normally stay here regularly.

I didn't like swimming pool area. Jacuzzi water looked dirty. There was a horrible smell in the changing rooms. Also they now charge to use the swimming facilities. If you're paying for a service you expect a good pool area. I felt you get a good service. Half the pool was out of use because of swimming lessons. I think the pool should be included in hotel price like most hotel.

I liked how comfy the beds were and the hotel itself is nice.

Parking charges is always disappointing when paying to stay at an hotel. Room was generally clean but cold and carpets looked well used.

Room for 4 but only 2 towels, mugs and glasses. Requested more by calling however they did not appear. Restaurant service slow and staff a little overwhelmed. Lack of items listed on menu.

Didn't clean the room properly... left towels but didn't empty bins or replenish tea/coffee/new mugs. The pool area was bright and kids in the jacuzzi even though sign says no kids! Room service menu not available.

Nice big room and big twin beds. Big TV. The sauna, steam and jacuzzi was nice. The room and facilities were clean. Complimentary biscuits and chocolates. Friendly staff.

It was cold the heating wasn’t working so had small oil radiators everywhere which they brought to our room as it was so cold!! Drinks were a bit expensive too!
