I was surprised that there was no coffee machine in the room, most 4 and 5 star hotels have these. On one occasion I asked for fresh towels that never turned up.

Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, we slept well. The bathroom was beautiful as was the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole feel of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very tasty. We had a lovely plate with a cake and congratulations written on it for our wedding anniversary which really was the cherry on top of our stay.

The fridge in the room was noisy

The staff were very friendly at all times of day. We received a welcome soft toy fox the first night, play pack and the use of fox blanket - that we had to buy as my daughter fell in love with it. The swimming pool facilities were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Housekeeping came every evening to do a turn down service / need anymore towels. Marcel was very friendly welcoming us on arrival and every day through our stay. Mitchell was equally friendly to me and my daughter. I have already recommended the hotel to friends & family. Prefect location next to the tube to get around.

Beds are not the best, you get that "there are springs under me feeling" immediately. The close design is obtuse at best, no human expects clothes hangers to be facing forward. This might have looked good on a designers' eye but it's totally impractical and just awkward. The TV/AV system inability to connect to user's accounts like Netflix, Amazon Prime, or simply allow for airplay/over the air streaming feels very early 2000s hotel. This might be a country's law limitations but it is a must to have if traveling with children.

Concierges where amazing. Very helpful with tips, summoning taxi cabs, etc. The rooms were spacious, facilities are nicely decorated and location is perfect to move around London. The whole staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I wanted to tune into netflix or prime and just couldn't find how to access it. Also no instant coffee or Nespresso machine in room.

Location is great. Especially as we were meeting friends there for Sunday bottomless brunch. My hubby was very happy not to travel far after that.

There is no coffee machine in the room (only instant coffee). Also, our room had a bathtub when we were expecting a large shower from the pictures.

Great location, room was very quiet and very spacious with a large and extremely comfortable bed. The swimming pool is also great and the staff very kind and helpful.

I could hardly name any issue. No problems occured, maybe the coffee served for the breakfast might be a bit more tasty, but that is just a matter of everyone´s taste.

I appreciated a cosy room design, I felt like at home, bathroom was soooo spacious and comfy. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast exceptional, I had everything I desired. The room was quiet although a railway was quite nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The bed was enormously large and comfortable. Thank you to the team for very special stay.

Not much to be honest but being extra picky there was no water to drink in the pool/gym area (water bottle in gym was empty and the taps in the changing room were mixed so you could not pour out cold water). We only used the pool and gym once so if we had visited a second time we could have taken some bottled water from reception I'm sure.

The staff made you feel special which is something we have found lacking in many comparative hotels. The breakfast was exceptional and the bed was so comfy. The shower was brilliant with gel, shampoo and conditioner available. Having a shave after a shower was easy because the mirror was heated and therefore did not mist up like they do in most hotels. Having a swimming pool was an added bonus.

A few more teabags and coffee sachets in the room would have been good. I probably could have asked for more and sure they would have been provided.

The staff at check in were very friendly and we were given complimentary drinks while checking in. The room was lovely clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Kettle and tea and coffee provided, and water and cola in the fridge. The pool was a lovely extra and I enjoyed a morning swim. Great location next to the Tate- lots of shops nearby and places to eat. Very happy with the stay and would return.
