Areas of the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but that did not spoil our stay

The room was really nice and spacious with a good size comfy bed and the decor and lighting were modern and relaxing. Reception and bar area were also comfortable.

There was no hot water in the morning, at all, and it was only after we asked if they could offer anything, that they suggested they could give back 10% of the booking price onto my hotels account. It’s better than nothing but very unpleasant to have to shower in cold water and I couldn’t give my daughter a bath.

Lovely hotel room and beds, friendly welcome and they looked after a bag for us before check in.

The waiting staff at both breakfast and evening meal were an embarrassment to the Hilton reputation and name. We had a gluten free guest in our party and the man serving during the evening meal could not tell us what she could eat from the menu. Clearly he had no idea of the potential danger of misinforming a guest with dietary needs. He didn't ask the chef. He just guessed. The menu was limited and the food substandard. At breakfast, the waitress seating us was rude. At one point she rested her head on a table like she was hungover. The staff were a shambles and had no idea how to run a breakfast service. The Hilton need to employ trained staff to serve customers. It's simple really.

Great location. Catching an early Eurostar. Perfect for walking to St Pancras. Clean and exceptionally quiet for London. Spacious rooms. Reception staff fantastic.

In our room (424) the air con wasn’t working so even in April it was very stuffy overnight. I reached into the wardrobe to retrieve the hairdryer and a heavy wooden panel covering the electric cables fell on my hand. I reported this to reception and was told “thank you for the feedback”! We also booked for three people and the third bed was essentially a camping bed. Could feel every slat through the mattress. Called reception and they said they couldn’t bring us a second mattress to layer but they could give us another duvet. It’s took two duvets on top of the mattress to make it adequate to lie on but that meant to duvets to cover me overnight. Again, I reported all of the above but was offered no compensation- nothing more than “thank you for the feedback.” Such a shame as the location was amazing, hotel generally lovely and breakfast excellent.

Amazing breakfast and location. 2 mins walk to Euston Station and tube. Three stops from Oxford Circus. Got an Uber to Covent Garden/Theatre Royal Drury Lane for less than £8!

When booking, I specifically asked for a quiet room with windows not facing the noisy street. I was given a room with two windows for the noisiest streets around. And I have never had a room with such dirty windows as in this hotel in any hotel I have ever stayed in.

    Good location.

Could use some sleepers in the room.

Perfect location, since we had to take the Eurostar from St. Pancras International, which is within 10 minutes from the hotel. You can walk to the city centre and also there is Euston underground station nearby. English breakfast very rich, room and bathroom very comfortable and clean.

In the description of the family room it says that the room has a microwave and kitchen, that is not true and there are no rooms with those facilities in this hotel.

Nice location if you arrive at St. Pancras.

For a property like Hilton that is rated to be 4 stars, it certainly feels more like 3 stars. The room was quite stuffy and unfortunately, since we were given the 1st level, there was no escalator for us to carry our heavy luggages. Receptionist was not friendly and not as helpful as thought to be. The room also faced the restaurant directly, which is bizarre and we had to close our curtains at all times to avoid anyone passing by or looking to our room.

Location was good, as it was near the station. Room was also quiet & clean, bathroom is decent size.

Nobody helped me with my bags either time. Also maintenance banged on my door repeatedly - and when I (a guest) opened it - they were surprised. I think they were expecting housekeeping.

The location was excellent! The room was very cozy - nice bed, room had everything that I needed and the bathroom was nice. Thank you for early check in!
