Television didnt work, asked for this to be fixed, but they just replaced the remote. Bathroom, hair from a previous guest was found around the bath overlow and around the sink. Hand wash and conditioner had run out, contacted guest services, then tried to ask the maid service, ended up with more hand lotion and shampoo(!?) Surly concierge.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff on reception and door.

Our payment for breakfast had not gone through and we were locked out of our room despite having already paid for the room rather than having breakfast denied until we paid at reception. I thought this was unreasonable. Also bowls and glasses were very warm at breakfast which ruined the taste of some cold food and drinks.

The hotel was very modern, clean and the rooms were beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful

The bathroom is a bit outdated, water pressure is not the best, and the pipes are probably clogged up as water in the tub took ages to drain. Breakfast queue was really bad, while some people were on their tablets and phones at tables after breakfast. Management should discourage this behaviour, it’s very ignorant to other guests waiting.

The location is great to reach the city centre through Hyde park, or to go to museums on foot. Also the underground is at the doorstep if you prefer that. On site parking is handy. Beds are comfortable.

Any time you buy a drink at the bar they automatically add a large service charge.

Very expensive breakfast, especially if you’re only having cereal and fruit

The entrance closest to lifts to the rooms was not in use which was a little inconvenient. Lift access was very difficult in the morning because of the the amount of people using them for bfast or to exit the hotel. Our room was not cleaned early enough on one of the days and we could not get hold of fresh towels.

Lifts get very busy in the morning, no stairs option to take if in a rush. Breakfast area gets quite congested too.

Great location, rooms comfortable and clean. Family room was good size for 2 adults and 3 children.

Executive suite was spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Latch on door was broken so couldn't double lock the door. Children couldn't play lego in lobby as most of the lego was missing and not replenished. Bathroom was still a little dirty in places.

Breakfast was really good with a large selection, however a little pricey if you haven't pre-booked. Staff were friendly and very polite. Room was great size with lots of room for children. Easter eggs at front desk was a lovely touch.

I stayed for 10 days, they didn't change the bed sheet sheet or the bed cover for the whole stay. It's better to change it frequently for those who are staying for long time.

I am a vegetarian, I thought it's difficult to get food. But I always found good amount of options in the breakfast menu. I liked it. For sight seeing, there are many places near by and there are many restaurants nearby as well for any to different cuisines.

We happened to be in one of the old rooms rather than the new refurbished ones so obviously fitted carpet was torn in certain areas. Also on booking.com I had paid for a room with a kitchenette including microwave and the room.given to us was not so. When we went to the reception and showed them the description on booking.com they said they don't even have a microwave in any of the rooms within the hotel. Having said that, Hala spoke to her superiors and they provided us with a free bfast for both of us for the whole stay! Obviously we were really happy that they sorted this issue for us.

Hotel very central and in walking distance to Oxford Street. Availability of hotel restaurant/bar providing food till late and breakfast starting early. Very varied breakfast. Excellent food at all places in the hotel. Reception areais quiet and comfy.
