The food from the restaurant wasn't the greatest and not super cheap either.

Very easy to spend a night close to the airport. Pretty clean, facilities are decent and shuttle to the airport is pretty convenient.

The car park and hotel are owned independently, so we parked the car here and paid for the week, then took the very frequent (every 30 mins) and cheap (£4pp) shuttle to the airport for our holiday. Upon returning, we checked in for our quick overnight stay before heading home the next day. So much cheaper than booking an airport car park, and the hotel is perfectly acceptable for an overnight after a long flight. Breakfast was hot and fresh and sent us on our way refuelled.

Once out of the reception area, hotel is very tired looking. Corridors and rooms basic. Beds not overly comfortable, due to thin mattress. Stayed in better airport hotels, however, fully understand condition due to how busy it was. Would consider staying again if we were flying from Stansted again, but would probably try to find a flight from an alternative airport!

Great location for the airport. Could not complain about the full English breakfast - it was a great start to the day. Very modern 4☆ reception area.

Rather stressful finding a parking space in the dark. Finally had to use an overflow area that was rather rough ground. Made the transfer of luggage a little onerous.

I was only here for one night. Room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Excellent location as it was close to Stanstead airport. shuttle service running from 3am (costs 4 pounds). Friendly staff at reception.

Perfect location for Stanstead Airport. Left the car here for a week at a very reasonable rate, got the shuttle bus to the airport and back to the hotel on our return.

shuttle bus ceases earlier than other hotels . We arrived late and had to pay over £40 for taxi.

Concenient to airport. We had short overnight stay. finctional - nothing spectacular. Room had extra ancillary bed which we didn’t want. They changed our room after some orotestation.

- Shower was blocked and room flooded after taking a shower when arriving. I was immediately moved to a new room but it was just a bit annoying as I had to repack

Bathroom was a bit worn down, but it worked well enough. Other than that nothing to complain about. .

Nice friendly staff, good breakfast with a good selection of ingredients, including for vegetarians. Rooms are about standard size, not too spacious but not too small either. Frequent shuttle to airport 24/7, a bit pricy but free for children.

Banging doors someone needs to do the door adjusters properly TV channels poor and missing Cold eggs and beans at breakfast Barman was over friendly Overpriced rooms and services as they have you trapped without transport
