Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The walls are very thin so you can hear people walking and talking while in your room. Also the rooms could do with some fresh paint.
The bed super comfy the staff go above and beyond very polite and helpful the facilities are nice.

We didn't like the mattresses of our bed and sofa bed (too soft and uncomfortable) and pillows that were the opposite -too firm. we woke up with a stiff neck. Another thing that was not nice, was the family changing room at the pool: no heating, no electricity and we were supposed to change clothes in there (imagine doing all this coming out of the pool with a 2 year old.. )Unacceptable! One member of the staff was quite rude as well, admiting that she knows that is not quite in good condition, but it is nothing that she can do..
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was a good size, clean,the service was ok.

Inconsistent temperatures around parts of the hotel. Not notified that gym was out of action and had to access the pool area via the fire exit! No fridge in room.
Comfortable bed and excellent quality breakfast. Staff were amazing and well organised and helpful. Closeness to the venue we were attending for a family event.

This was our second visit to this establishment, but the first with our children and utilizing the restaurant's services. While we appreciated the complimentary meals for kids, we were disappointed by the lack of familiar options like chicken nuggets or fish fingers. The overall pricing of the food seemed excessive, and the wait time of nearly 45 minutes for our order was quite lengthy. Furthermore, it was frustrating to be informed that some menu items were unavailable upon arrival, requiring us to reconsider our choices The dining experience fell short.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The staff were not only friendly but also accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. The heating system worked efficiently, providing a cozy atmosphere during our stay. We also appreciate the option for a late checkout, extending until 1pm , which is a welcome departure from the usual 11 am checkout times. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our experience and look forward to returning in the future.
