Nothing to complain about

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had a lovely time and hope to return in the near future.

Bed was rock solid (which some may like but I did not), housekeeping said they would put a mattress topper on it the bed, but it was just a mattress cover, so did nothing, but I appreciate they tried. TV did not connect to our phones, so we couldn't stream anything, which was a real shame as this was advertised. Rooms were not very soundproof, so we could hear our neighbours quite easily. Some plugs didn't work, there was not enough outlets by the bed (only on 1 side) and the one that did work was hanging out of the wall (wires exposed et cetera). I wasn't thrilled with the room as it cost me £800 for 2 nights (not including breakfast) but I booked it with a specific purpose in mind and it was above and beyond for that need (needed enough space for a stylist to come into the room and have enough space for her kit and to move around) and you're staying in central London so - it's going to be pricey.

Great location opposite a tube station and in the heart of Chelsea and Kensington. Starbucks is super close and a Waitrose is opposite the hotel. The room was spacious; I can't fault the size and the staff were super attentive and lovely. Had a few maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. I booked it with a specific purpose in mind and it was above and beyond for that need (needing enough space for a stylist to come into the room and have enough space for her kit and to move around). The suite had a bathroom and shower both upstairs and downstairs, which was great and would be super useful for families. I raised the issues below to the staff and they were very helpful, gave us a free breakfast and drinks voucher (although I wasn't after freebies I just wanted the room to be sorted) so you will be very much looked after by the staff.

We were only in the hotel overnight and didn't have breakfast, which at £24 per person was somewhat expensive for a bowl of Cornflakes!! However, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient for us as we walked to High Street Kensington and the Royal Albert Hall. Having experienced other London hotels we thought it was a cut above others we've frequented.

Room service staff were not pleasant. I had one member of the room service staff complain and sulk in front of me when my kids and I walked in the room while they were in the process of cleaning it. We ended up not getting our room cleaned the rest of our long stay to avoid triggering my anxiety... and upon check out, we realised my child's phone was missing and management wasn't very helpful despite the phone location showing that it was still within the hotel premises. Breakfast was also the same everyday. So definitely not coming back.

The price for the location get top marks for this hotel. The concierge and front desk task were also awesome.

The staffs are not so well trained. The check in took long due to the debit machine, had to charge for more and wait for refund. The staff took the ice pack to freeze for us but ended up in the morning it’s still watery inside. Asked for some ice they said they don’t have any plastic bag to hold the ice. It’s brutal. The eye drops will definitely be bad after a long day of travel to another country. No one knows how to problem solve. So bad experience with the staff

Nice place, good location, nice room. But didn’t have a fridge in room, not convenience if I have medication need to be fridge.

Over priced. Our room was £220 per night and the room had worn bald carpet. Tile was cracked badly in the entrance to room. Toilet door kept banging against the wall so had to close at all times. We also waited over 15 minutes to be checked in as there was only one lady at desk. We had been travelling all day flying from Denmark so just wanted to check in promptly as we had arrived earlier to leave luggage so they were aware we were due to check in.

Location was great. Lovely and clean entrance. Toilets were wonderful and clean. Concierge was so helpful and attentive. Lovely guy.

Location was excellent, got train directly from Heathrow to the hotel, after that we were within walking distance of a lot of places. Good sized family room, we are a family of 5. Breakfast was good, staff all polite and helpful.

Breakfast was a shambles. Both coffee machines not working, ran out of bowls, bread and bacon. Staff standing around and only one person (from the kitchen) seemed to be doing everything.

The breakfast was not good, service was poor and very slow. The selection of food was basic. Had breakfast the first day and had to book local cafes for the other days.
