Needs a new more comfortable sofa in the main living area

The apartment was reasonably spacious & comfortable. The only sofa in the main living area could do with being updated The position of the apartment was very good & on main transport connections. Internet in the front living area was poor. Had to sit in the bedroom to get a decent connection.

The bed matres was not comfortable - too jumpy, and the laundery drier did not work.

Michelle is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is quite and comfortable, the location was exactly what we needed, the daily shopping was nearby, we consider coming back next year

Sadly due to the hot evenings, we had to sleep with the windows open and being on a busy road meant a sleepless night. Would ask for one of the back of the house apartments if I stayed in Cambridge again.

Owner was super helpful and the place was clean, tidy and a good size apartment. Bus route into town was located right outside the front of the house and with regular buses easy access into town.

Everything was great

Very easy to communicate with the host, Michelle. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a very good location, only 10 min walk from the train station, and 25 min from the main colleges.

The only drawback is lack of parking: however, you can park for up to 15 minutes to unload or pack up your car.

This pleasant apartment really felt like a home. it represents excellent value for money. I could not fault it. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is there. Michelle, the host, has thought of everything & the extensive array of kitchen utilities allows you to save money by preparing meals in the apartment rather than eating out. A two minute walk away, there is a leisure park.Very convenient! Tesco, Sainsbury’s, an independent pizzeria, Five Guys, a cocktail bar, Italian restaurant. Plus The Junction, an excellent live music venue. Snap up a booking for this place! It’s run with professionalism & friendliness so is very popular. You’ll have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend!

There was no shampoo or body wash despite stating free toiletries are available in room descriptions , this is unlike all other b&b type of accommodations I've been to so far so, had to get my own toiletries last minute.

The host was really helpful and accommodating, we requested a late checkout and was immediately granted. The sitting room with open-plan kitchen is very spacious, the bed was comfortable.

Handy location close to the train station and central Bristol. Nice clean apartment with a well stocked kitchen. Furnishings are great.

Parking was the only downside however, we were able to park a few minutes walk away at rustat Street, because it was the easter bank Holiday weekend, it was free of charge to park on Rustat Street throughout our stay.

Nice place, good location, close to stores/shops and cinema and other attractions. Good environment, sane and clean. All amenities available inside flat, easy, straightforward check-in

It was our home away from home for a few days. We had a lovely stay. From here we walked to the city to explore its beauties. We took the train to Ely as the station was very close. We had a great time.

It was all nice, appartment was super.

I travelled for work. It is really close to Homerton College and the Faculty of Education. Good WiFi! Quiet street. Good sleep. Clean towels. Good shower. Incl kitchen with fridge etc. You can make coffee and tea. The historic centre is a 25 minutes walk. Very easy to find. Just follow the main street. I will definitely come back!

Michelle, the host was excellent. Location was nice and close to the train station, express supermarkets and an easy walk to historic sights of Cambridge. Kitchen was well equipped. Recommend this place.

Very expensive at over £200 per night (although I am sure that was due to the Cambridge Folk Festival. Have booked somewherelse for next year already because of this. Very musty smell entering the property.

We’ve had a lovely stay. Our apartment on the first floor was nice and clean. The host was helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible. It was easy to communicate with her. She made some recommendations for place to visit/eat in Cambridge. That was helpful. The apartment was excellently located within walking distrance to the train station, stores, local leasure park, and bus stops where you we could take a bus to town for just £1. In general, I have only positive things to say about this place.

1. The cobwebs at the window needs to be removed. It caused airway irritation so, opening the windows was restricted due to this. 2. The path to the bin at the back needs to be cleared so the tenant don't need to walk too far and risk grass cuts.

The washing machine next to our bedroom was sometimes used by other guests late at night, and that didn't help with our sleep.

The property was at a prime location, check-in and check-out was absolutely hassle free, the hosts were available on the phone, and helped us out with everything we needed. Even after our checkout, they have been helping us by forwarding our mail to our new address
