Great holiday break the Hotel is well situated the staff were welcoming. The Hotels decor is a little tired but it is clean and offers good value. If it was all done up it would cost more, so maybe it would then become too expensive for some. I was more than happy with my stay. Kind Regards to the Staff N T Walley

Not much to dislike really, the rooms that have been refurbished are not as good a quality as the old rooms, the doors are really basic compared to the old solid wooden doors. They are trying to update which is great but the quality is important given the grand nature of the hotel

Very little , to be honest, I enjoyed my stay and would book her again, readily.

Booking in was quick and efficient. The young lady on reception was definitely most competent when explaining about keys, entry and exit procedures, and this made me feel very secure as a lone female.

Room was a bit dated (like 90s decor) but very clean and everything worked Breakfast wasnt the best quality but we where the last in so the food had been likely cooked a while.

Room was very clean and had a lovely view of the hills around llandudno and the sea even though it was at the back of the property. Staff very friendly and attentive. Reception area had been renovated and was very nice

The food could have been better, the vegetables were overcooked and the potatoes too.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly especially Ewis the polish lady nothing was too much trouble for her, she was professional at her job

Breakfast on the second morning ran out of cereals and hash browns. No evening food supplied to had to venture out to town. This was fine for us but others may have struggled.

There was quite a trek from te lift to our room, involving up and down stairs. In fairness on booking we did not ask for easier access.

Nothing to dislike.

This is a dated Hotel obviously going through renovations, but its welcoming, comfortable and clean. Our room at the back was quiet, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with plenty of hot water. Parking was a bonus. Plenty of nice seating areas around the bar and overlooking the sea. Breakfast was good and served at the table. Very near shops, restaurants and the theatre. Its staff on reception, dining room and bar are a credit to this hotel. We only stayed one night, but it was great, thank you.

Lack of parking spaces so had to park on the road 200 meters away. No cover/shelter for smokers and no evening entertainment.

Proximity to everything I wanted to do and close to the town centre. It was full of old people and it could do either a bit of modernisation but on the whole no complaints.

We had no problems at all, car parking is of course first come first served so although we had no issues.

The seafront location is excellent, the hotel is in good repair with a comfortable bar. Breakfast is also good and the staff are all customer focussed, overall the hotel is excellent value and I would recommend.

Very much a regimented stay, more school dormitory than a relaxing chilled experience. Fine for a night out in Llandudno, but not what I'd be looking for for a longer higher quality experience. Too expensive for what you get, £20 more can get a massive jump up in accommodation elsewhere - which is what I'd do next time.

Well organised, everyone knew what they were doing, a slick operation compared to so many others. Clean, good shower with instant hot water. Fine for a night. Breakfast OK.

Could have done with double glazing as the noise from people leaving the complex centre nearby kept us awake and the early morning cleaning, which is very good to see, but it can be disturbing.
