Not far from the City Centre. All staff was excellent, and helped me out with small issues. The room was clean and quiet. Definitely a place to stay with an affordable price.

The place needs some TLC, the bed was a bit hard, a lot of comings and goings in the early hours, not sure if this is used as emergency accommodation as well, but other than that it was fine.

The site had free parking which is good, the checking in was smooth , basic bar on site.

Our remote for the TV didn't work. The receptionist on duty did try to fix it and thought that she had but it still didn't work. I didn't call her back again though as was getting late and so just decided to go to bed. Not her fault and so just left it at that as she did try.

Absolutely loved the motel style and having dogs, being so close to the grass and parking made life soo much easier. From a pet friendly perspective it's the best place I've stayed in that respect. Breakfast was lovely and exactly what was needed. Location is perfect for when we are travelling to various dog shows in the area.

Shower was partially broken (leaking tap) and sink drain blocked in one of the rooms. Bad sound isolation and almost constant smell of smoke from other guests.

Bath was tiny and difficult to get into with fixed shower screen. Main hotel reception was away from rooms, kind of like a motel but not motel prices! Room door opens straight onto garden area where other guests are passing so there is noise at times with guests coming and going.

Room was warm - bathroom looked new and well kept. Bed comfortable. Pizza ordered for evening meal - slightly apprehensive as not a full kitchen but to give credit - it was far better than many I've had in bespoke restaurants - well done! Staff helpful & friendly -went out of their way when I forgot my phone charger to lend me one for the night. Wake up call - spot on time.

Superficially from the outside it doesn’t look great

It was close to where we needed to be the following day and easy to find off main routes Room was surprisingly cosy. It is ‘motel’ style with rooms directly off the car park. Actually didn’t mind this and it was surprisingly very quiet and warm. We could park literally outside the room. It was round the corner from Asdas and McDonald’s so we grabbed supplies from there and ate in the room.

The room door 🚪 lock was not working. The turning lovk from the inside was completely broken, so I felt the room could be opened from the outside. But closing the door locked it shut. This needs to be fixed as its initially scary.

Love the warm and freshly made rooms. Comfy beds and TV is nice to unwind and watch. Overall a reliable hotel to spend the night. Bathroom is beautiful 😍 and modern.. up to date shower and basin...

The walls were thin so you could hear people in the next room. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no plug in the sink in the bathroom. The main building is separate from the room block
