We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Every member of staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and bar menu which was also very reasonably priced. Immaculate leisure facilities including properly hot sauna and steam room. Only able to stay for one night but will definitely be back for longer.

My parents were the couple who stayed and they relaid their trip to me on return. They thought the staff were very welcoming and polite. The facilities were really enjoyable as a first time spa hotel experience.

United KingdomEverything, the staff were exceptional very friendly and nothing too much trouble! The food was gorgeous and the spa very relaxing which you could use whenever you fancied ! My husband had a massage therapy which he enjoyed very much ! The hotel itself was full of character with three lounges to relax in and a Grandfather clock in the reception area ! Homemade flapjack left in room each morning which gave a welcoming touch. We will definitely be returning! 😊

United KingdomOur room needed a bit of TLC. Nothing that ruined our stay but perhaps we got a more tired room as it was a booking.com rate? Also, the bar could use a little ambiance- maybe lower lights? Music? It felt a bit lacking in atmosphere.

United KingdomPeanut on bedroom floor when we arrived and still there when we left ( 3 days ) we stayed in room 1 which is by a fire door with a cleaners cupboard at end of the corridor and there was a lot of banging of door in the early morning Hydorpool was very cold
