Staff at reception. She was rude this time. Saw her first time. It seems that she was forcebly given that job. Room heater was not working. I asked to check. No one turned up. I asked Hot milk at 8PM, the attendent said come at 10pm, when ever u need. we will do it for u. The lady at reception at 10:22 said, we can't make it hot for u. All is closed.

There was no toilet seat! Had to ask for another towel as there was only two but three people in the room.

Only thing that brings down my rating i couldn't get heater to work in room, just wanted to take chill off but gave up and I dont think window was great which was why room felt cold.

Was easy to help yourself and staff were very helpful when i wanted porridge and found the last bit of honey b4 arrival of a delivery!

All aspects of our stay were very pleasant and enjoyable. As a base for getting out and about, either London or more rural, it ticks almost all the boxes. Would definitely recommend.

The window of our room didn't close properly as the handle was broken, would be a problem for stays during colder months. No ceiling light in the bedroom area- only bedside lamps, so the room was not the brightest.

Good location, decent price, staff were very friendly. Room was a good size- basic, but comfortable. Room was clean. Plenty of parking available.

The lighting was dim. I like to read but even with the spotlights by the bed my old eyes struggled.

We stayed prior to an early flight from Heathrow Airport. The Toby carvery was a perfect choice for this. The room was comfortable and clean. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but walking through the meals looked and smelled most appetising. If I wanted a room before or after a flight again I would definitly return to Toby Carvery Old Windsor

I requested an upgrade to a room with a bath, I was charged for an upgrade but had no bath, I looked out onto a brick wall, there was no plug in the sink, the shelf was off above the sink, there was no shampoo, no shower gel, just 2 bottles of conditioner and a bottle of body lotion. Consequently I had to go out to buy shower gel - Disappointed to say the least. I have stopped there several times and it has always been good.

We had a carvery, food was cooked well but not very hot which was a shame.

Great location for getting to Windsor. 30 min walk and also the bus stop is right outside. Plenty of free parking onsite. The room was large and clean, good shower everything we needed for a 1 night stay.

Check in time consuming. Need to go into the bar area which may not be suitable for some. Then walk either through the bar or around the building to access the rooms. Breakfast not as good as some I have had at Toby. Had dinner the evening before, but service not good.

Very nice room. Very comfortable. Good location. Apparently 30 minutes walk into Windsor and I was travelling on and easy to get to the main routes.

Some redecoration required in parts and although breakfast was lovely you needed to time it so that items were freshly cooked and hadn't been standing too long making them lukewarm.

Comfortable room. Lovely cooked breakfast. Drinks prices reasonable. Location perfect for a lovely 30-40 minute walk into Windsor itself. Plenty of parking at the property.

The hotel is looking a bit tired and could do with some redecoration and updating. The food was plentiful but choice was limited with little other options other than roast meats and vegetables.

This hotel was very convenient to where I was working so the location was good. The room was clean and comfortable and met my needs well.
