Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The passage to the O2 was really good and ensured my on and I were not out roaming the streets when the show finished. There was alot of choice at breakfast.

United KingdomI would think considering the amount paid to stay at the hotel, parking for your stay would be free, however it cost £45 per day to park at the hotel. I don’t think this is a reasonable amount. I made other arrangements. This is 100% something I’d change.
The most stunning hotel lobby! Was warmly greeted upon arrive and served by the lovely Talat on reception who treated us exceptionally as we were celebrating a birthday. Spa facility’s are great, super relaxing. Room facilities are good and bed is comfy, had a great nights sleep. Will be coming back to this hotel! There is room service available 24hrs and our food was delivered to the room by intern Madhu who provided a friendly service. Would like to particularly comment on the staff at the hotel, every person was a delight to deal with!

United KingdomIf I had to pick something the bathroom towels were a bit old, had been washed a few too many times, so they were a bit rough on the skin. But that was a minor issue.
I loved everything about my stay, from check in to check out. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, the bed so comfortable, the bar fantastic and location could not have been better.

United KingdomWe were charged for an item from the minibar which we didn't use but we were told that if an item is taken out of the minibar but then put back without drinking, it would still be charged for - lesson for the future! Air conditioner didn't work but we were given another room without delay.
We were early but our room was ready. Everything else was to expectations. Next door to the O2 arena therefore very convenient. There were lots of parking spaces available on that day. Easy to reach from the M25.

Great view over river Thames and financial district, excellent breakfast in stylish area, very good service with friendly staff, one of the few locations in London with pool- nice ! Great bar high above the sky. Underground and Bus just five minutes away to walk, calm area.

I loved that it was close to the O2, a great place to stay if you are attending an event. There is a private corridor you can take that brings you directly inside the venue which was very handy. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we went into the O2 on the day we checked out and then collect it before we left to go home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
