Paying more through booking.com than had we gone through the Hotel - will be more careful in the future.

Always quiet, plenty of space all around the Hotel. Near motorway and Kent attractions Helpful staff, especially Steve on Reception. Useful Pool and Sauna. Staff very helpful with our Family re-union arrangements on the Saturday.

Its location is good for those needing to be in the area, but is off a motorway. Lunch we ordered a sandwich and it was underwhelming, felt like a child’s sandwich. Would be good to able to control heating in room as was a bit chilly during the day.

The bath was small, and the location of the shower gel and soap dispensers meant it was a tight squeeze in the shower and we kept scratching ourselves.

Staff were friendly and we liked the use of the pool. The room was spacious and adequate for our needs - I was travelling with my daughter and she comes with a lot of stuff! We stayed 3 nights and our room was cleaned and refreshed daily.

The bed is not too comfortable for me.

The pool, jacuzzi and sauna and breakfast is so good lots of choices and they refill the food and drinks right away.

No air conditioning in the room and it got very warm so it was quite uncomfortable sleeping. We were in the old side of the hotel and there was no lift so we had to carry all our bags and suitcases up two flights of stairs. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The whole hotel needs a refit, everything is quite old and tired. The outside of the building is falling off in parts.

The breakfast was good, we also had dinner during our stay which was nice.

My room Was above the gym and had loud music playing until 10 pm each evening no other rooms were available and the excepectation from the staff that this was ok

The waiter at dinner seemed like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t explain the menu very well. We were picking items and then he would mention they were not in stock. This happened a few times. There was another lady that was working there who came over and apologised.

I loved the grounds and the outside chessboard was fun.

a little run down from what it used to be so was disappointed really. Quite confusing trying to find our room too. Breakfast was included for us but I would not have paid £17 for it

The staff did not tell us about the gym or pool facilities when we booked in or the fact that no food would be available due to private function on 31/03/24 until after 4pm. Customers should of been made aware of this . We had a young child with us and was unable to Get him lunch and there was no Where local to get any.
