The property is beautiful inside all with the Victorian style stamp. Beautiful dining area. The beautiful paintings, fire surround and old fashioned telephone just WOW Stairway leading up to the rooms is tastefully decorated lots of clocks and pictures all very clean looking. Our room was outstanding it was the family rooms so two rooms one with double bed in and then a connecting room with two singles beds. Both rooms were absolutely immaculate fresh clean bedding en suite and toilet /sink in (single bed room) were both too very high standard. Both rooms had e television which was great. Both mornings breakfast was amazing a great start to the day. Both of the owners beautiful down to earth people who really want to make sure your having a great break. I would definitely recommend here a billion percent.

I didn't like how cold it got outside but jay and Laura made sure it was cozy in the rooms. No complaints

I was in the Yvette room. I loved the decor I felt very comfortable like I would in my own home. Very cozy. I loved how the original Victorian theme was there with some modernisation. Owner were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was 100% hit and my granddaughter became a lover of jays scrambled eggs. Family are returning at easter but I will defo book again when I return.

Jay was very welcoming. The place was clean and comfy. Internet access was brilliant!! Especially as I had 2 teenagers with me. The food was nice. Altogether, a pleasant stay.

We had a brilliant stay. The guest house was very comfortable lovely decorated. The owners were brilliant catered for all our needs and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent.would definitely stay there in the future. Would definitely recommend it to others.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Who travelled - myself, my mother, 2x 15 yr old girls. Location - about 10 minutes (5 for most people but I’m waiting for a new ankle and my mum doesn’t have the best mobility) from the nearest tram stop. I would highly recommend getting an online tram pass for the duration of your stay - we certainly made the most of our passes. The host/owner/chef extraordinaire - greeted by Jay who immediately made us feel welcome with a bit of lighthearted banter. Much appreciated after a long journey. The whole family are welcoming, friendly, lighthearted and genuine people. Jay is a font of local knowledge so if you’re wondering where the nearest shop is, the best restaurant to visit, local attractions- just ask him. :) The rooms- spotlessly clean and rooms cleaned daily. The two rooms that we had (connecting family suite) were decorated in calming colours. The building is old, beautiful and lovingly taken care of. There was everything we could possibly need. The teenagers loved their room too. All four of us found the beds and pillows really comfortable. We all slept well. Breakfast - choice of breakfast offered daily (don’t worry if you forget to fill out your slip-which we did most days :) Jay will make you what you asked for the day before.) Cooked beautifully and lovely quality. Overall I wouldn’t book anywhere else now and people who have seen our photos are also going to be booking there whenever they go for a Blackpool break.

There was nothing not to like.

Breakfast was good and plenty choices offered. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and bedding smelt clean and fresh. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The Host J was fantastic with kids would definitely stay again.

Good location. Close to the north pier & not far from the tower. Close to tram/bus stops. Clean & comfortable. Had everything we needed. Great breakfast. Friendly & helpful owners.

My partner found the bed uncomfortable.... I as always slept like a log but always do! :)

Friendly hosts, jay was very informative & chatty. Location was great as close to centre town, Room v nice/tidy & brekky very nice also.
