Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The water in the room for a bath was only luke warm and the shaving socket didn't work
The hotel was in a prime location for our needs, the facilities were excellent and the breakfast was of a good standard.

The twin room i was in was small and beds together which would be uncomfortable for non-family members sharing a room.
Location is great, tube link in the same street. breakfast is good with a large range to suit all. Rooms were clean. Swimming pool and spa area was clean and staff very helpful. reception area was good for hanging out in with a good vibe. very reasonable room rates considering location.

My room 7017 is very small, and narrow, there is not even 1 chair, there is no proper place for shirts and other belongings (underwear).
Breakfast was adequate, service was very good. the location is perfect. The advantage is that the hotel has a reasonable swimming pool.

I left my car keys in the hotel and only noticed when I was boarding my flight. Tried calling the hotel 22 times today but nobody answers the phone. I eventually after 7 hpurs got through to a call center abroad somewhere but the operator didn't speak English so got nowhere. And still no keys. So disappointing for an otherwise good enough experience I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they learn how to answer the phone.
The staff I met were excellent and the room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The location is perfect for getting around the city with the tube just up the street.

The room was quite small, in particular the bathroom felt as if we didn't have space to move. The bed was also a bit hard, but I guess that is more of a personal preference thing.
Excellent location, only 3 minute walk from a tube station and plenty in the immediate area. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was also surprisingly good value for money.

The beds were too hard for my liking.
Room was a good size, beds I found very uncomfortable, a little two hard for my liking, but I am a bit over fussy about beds. Swimming pool was a bonus but the whole area was under refurbishment so wasn't great I am sure that long term this will improve. Breakfast was good value.

The bed was dreadful. Could not sleep properly, kept waking up with back ache. The mattress was too hard and uneven. Stayed at many Holiday Inns, including this one several times, and this has never been in the past. One of the windows wouldn't close strong winds over night caused it to open and bang shut all night.The plug hole would not keep the wash basin full. Chose a suite paid a lot more money for a very disappointing experience.
The Hotel is a nice place to be, good location. The staff work very hard and provide an excellent service.

Swimming pool under renovation so changing rooms have broken lockers, hairdryers, no jacuzzi which was a bit disappointing.
Lovely staff. Very friendly at reception and at breakfast. Excellent location close to Tube, shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. Room quite small but clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast and kept well stocked despite number of guests.
