Only 1 issue, in the Spa lack of provided water and had to ask to fill up which took a while. Maybe a more larger water supply setup in spa and pool area. Very minor issue

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly on arrival and explained our stay. We used the Spa which was an extra £20 each which you don't really need to use as they have a brilliant pool and steam room for free but still a nice added bonus. The room was spotless, lovely towels, shampoos and bed to sleep very comfortable. The hotel was also very clean and fantastic scented odour throughout.

Amazing boutique hotel very comfortable with a fantastic gym and rooftop jacuzzi pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. A lovely touch left in the bedroom for my husbands birthday thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant and bar. Quiet central location so 5 min walk to the main city shops and amenities. Boutique hotel feel rather than a chain.

All of it, very nice and well presented. Lots of great things to do like infinity pool, sauna, loungers and everything else. The room was also really good and the overhead shower was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We don’t realise the other new spa was next door, but when we tried to access it in the morning we were told we couldn’t because we booked through booking.com rather than directly through the hotel which left me disappointed .

The lift wasn’t the greatest, and there was only one so used the stairs most of the time. That was the only downside I’d say. Would have liked breakfast included in the price too.

My girlfriend is 15 weeks pregnant and expired a seizure the amazing staff handled everything so well with such calm attitude. Tom and another member of staff (women from reception) unfortunately I have forgotten her name as so much was going on at the time were both great help talking to her and making sure she was feeling well. I will most definitely come back what a lovely place with fantastic, friendly and well trained staff. Thankyou to everyone that helped her and baby are fine and we’re glad to have such an amazing team to help
