The location is unbeatable. The view of the harbor is incredible.

Quite a lot of instructions to get into the place. Felt a little tired in places but perfectly suitable and in line with the 3 star rating.

Great location in central Oban. Parking below was free after hours.

We loved everything.

The location is close to the rail, bus, ferry, shops and harbour. Lift. Comfortable beds. Great views. The well set up kitchen. Good presentation and very clean. Safe and secure. Tea cakes and milk provided for a cuppa on arrival.

Lack of onsite support. Poor communication about the code to the key lockbox. The manager was unfriendly and blamed us for not having the code when we never received it until he sent it when we arrived. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The towel warmer did not work. The twin beds in our bedroom squeaked noisily. Construction materials were left as clutter in the hallway outside the apartment. There was no hairdryer and no shampoo or soap provided. The building could use being refreshed.

Location View It was a good value for the price. The manager was easily accessed remotely over the Internet via a wireless doorbell. The shower was easy to use.

The sofa bed was not comfortable and every time you moved you felt like you were going to fall through the bed, we thought some of the slats were either broken or missing but when looked they were all intact, not sure why it was so uncomfy. Bit noisy early in mornings as on main stretch but accept that when choose such a centrally located property.

Great location and view from living room window was perfect! Kitchen well stocked so could eat in if wanted! Bedrooms decent sizes and comfortable beds. Everywhere easy to get to from the apartmemt due to central location.

Mattresses were a bit soft for us and shower is weak but it wouldn't stop us staying again as this was our second visit!

Immaculate accommodation, well equipped. Lovely views and couldn't be more central.

Someone from staff probably manager disturbed us by knocking on the door at 10am during breakfast whilst I was drinking my HOT coffee at the window cell. We had windows open due to cooking and to refresh the air as we slept in the lounge. Manager proceeded to REMIND US that the property is smoke free as he seen me apparently smoking. When you assume things like that you make an ass of you and me. Other than that all good.

Very good location and easily accessible by lift if you’re disabled. Top floor flat is accessible only by stairs. Really good harbour view. Looks amazing at day and even better by night. Plenty of old Scottish pubs and bars around. Spacious “apartment” that is very outdated need some renovation.

TV only had an old aerial... Creaky old dining chairs. Damp towels on window left to catch lots of condensation. Needs modernising.

Parking is limited, but that's expected in the middle of the city. Decor and such is a little tired but almost feels nostalgic. Need to replace some drinking glasses, and the hot water in the shower was a little complicated

Although there was a two step process to get into the building then the apartment, the instructions were very clear and thought out. Location was great and lots of space, located above a restaurant but no residual food odors in the apartment

Appartement 2 -the wind howls through the soffits. Too loud. The manager moved us to another apartment.

The shower was a bit hard to adjust but no shortage of hot water

Very bright and airy apartment with a lovely view over the harbour and islands. Kitchen was modern seemed well equipped although we didn't cook in. Nice to be able to spread out after being in hotel rooms. Quiet with the windows shut but the last day when it was windy there was a weird noise which seemed to come from resonance in the tv aerial but you couldn't hear it from the back bedroom. No noise from other apartments or the restaurant. No smells from the restaurant either which I had some concerns about. Beds were a bit soft and creaky but quite comfy. Great location and nice to have the lift. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Facilities like beds are not comfy. Had body pain. Mattress needs to be replaced and need a good mattress for sofa bed.

If you are a bit infirm not ideal from car parking point of view. Key instructions could be clearer as there is a glass door at street level
