We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

My cosy attic room overlooked the sea and I was lulled to sleep by the lapping of waves on shingle. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everything about the room and restaurant was top notch, You couldn't ask for a better location on the promenade

United Kingdomi had a single room with a very small shower. the showerhead fitting threw the waterover my head and onto rhe shower wall. wetting my hair. perhaps a smaller showerhead would be better. i had to soap myself and then take the showerhead out of its stand and rinse myself off holding it in my hand. i have never had to do that before in a small shower cubicle.

Staff were friendly and sympathetic, went the extra mile, really wanted me to be comfortable. Hotel looks to have been totally refurbished - new bathrooms, paint, carpet and furniture. Breakfast was excellent, lots of good food, well cooked and well presented.

The staff members were very helpful and very friendly. We were really happy with the facilities and especially the location. Our kids loved the open room to play the board games.

Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast, receptionists were on arrival, friendly and welcoming and at checking out went above and beyond to organise our taxi to the train station. The room was outstanding with a beautiful bathroom, I didn't want to get out of the shower! Waiting staff were professional and friendly.

United KingdomA bit more room in the bedroom, being the only people under 70 staying there (we are in our 50's), not your fault but felt a bit like we were in an old people's home.
Dinner was beautifully cooked. The receptionists were very helpful and as it was our honeymoon night we were gifted some Prosecco and a late departure which was much appreciated.
