Early January but room was too hot - even turning aircon down to 10°. Had to open the window, which is not ideal. Would be better if they put locks on the bathroom/toilet door.

Rooms are tired and need updating. We booked two rooms for two couples and ended up with completely different bed sizes although we had booked the same rate on one booking. The staff were excellent though and moved us without any issues.

Location was perfect for Earl’s Court. Staff were excellent.

Rooms are not sound proof, so you could hear people passing the room or walking in the room above. Bathroom couldn’t be locked. Except for the lobby, it was quite narrow having a stroller (plus stairs at the front door). We had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night, which can happen, but there were multiple false alarms and the communication at the reception was rather poor.

Hotel is close to underground station reaching central London quickly (Piccadilly and District line) and Heathrow airport directly. Beds were comfy. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Free umbrellas and water (refilled regularly). Friendly and helpful staff. Decorations and ambience were very festive according to Christmas season.

The heater did not work for a day. Though we were “upgraded” to a bigger room, we still needed to pack and unpack 2x.

We stayed here in 2019 so we decided to return. The location was very good, given it’s proximity to the tube.

2 elevators is maybe the absolute minimum for a 5 floor hotel, bathroom could do with a upgrade

The only negative comment, sadly, was the breakfast both morning we found to be cold the hot places setting was on number 1 so I'm not sure if it was due to them needed to be turned up. I did mention this to reception on the first morning, but this did not stop it from happening again the next morning. It was a shame really because the breakfast had the potential to be really good with its good variety of choices.

We really enjoyed our stay at K+K Hotel George Kensington. The location is excellent with local public transport and places to eat and drink near by. When we arrived we pre reserved a car park space which we was happy to find is a safe and secure car park. Me and my partner stayed with our two kids and even though there was four of us we found the room to be spacious. We had direct access to the garden from out room what we was very happy about. The staff was lovely and the hotel was very clean they also have a very snug bar and lounge area. The Hotel garden is lovely as well.

Temperature in the room was little bit too warm.

Stylish and nice hotel near Earl's court tube station. Room with garden view was quiet and bed was very nice, slept better than other hotels. Super breakfast.

The beds weren’t super comfortable. The lighting was a bit awkward.

Location was fabulous. Great, quiet neighboring, close to tube station. Windows can be opened. Free bottles of water were a lovely touch. The breakfast was great.

The cleaning service was good, but not flawless. Additionally, the walls were not soundproof, as we were able to hear every door slam.

The room size was just right for us. When we first checked in, we were initially given a room on the 5th floor, which felt a bit stuffy. We kindly asked to change to a room on the 2nd floor, and it turned out to be perfect for two friends sharing. the location was perfect as its too close to Earl's Court station

Room is very small for two people with luggage.

Quiet location - a bit away from the crowds of London. Close to the underground. Bed and pillows were great. Able to open windows for fresh air. Planting of a tree if you forgo housekeeping.
